I bought these to replace a standard jock combined with base layer pants. Took a little getting used to but the medium size fits well. I ’ m 5 ’ 9 ” and 170 lbs. The velcro is slightly low as mentioned in other reviews but not so low that they aren ’ t usable. They work fine when affixing the socks to the top of the velcro.
