Great design. This is a perfect shirt- jac to wear over a hoodie, probably the best I have come across. It is a lighter weight denim, so allows flexibility and movement with the hoodie. The size is perfect for it, so this is probably too roomy if you do n't wear it over something. Ca n't have it both ways. The denim is a classic indigo blue, and the interior chest pocket is handy. The sleeve lining is smart being nylon makes it easy to put on and off. My only complaint is that the interior fleece is styled to look like the old blanket lining. Boy do I miss that original Carhartt blanket lining, might have been a little scratchy but was far more durable than fleece will ever be. I 'd expect this fleece lightweight lining to sag in the years ahead, but it is too soon to tell. There are n't many clothes that hold up like Carhartt so I 'm optimistic!

I got a size large and it felt like an XL, so runs just a tad big 2. Would have like a fur like collar, instead of the corduroy 3. Pockets are a bit small but do the job well. I 'm usually an XS/S and that size was way too small( I 'm 5' 5 '' but I have longer arms and that size did n't even reach my wrists). Sized up to a M and it's perfectly oversized enough to fit sweaters and the perfect length for my arms. It's expensive but WORTH IT. The weight is perfect for the fall/winter season here in Austin, TX!

It ’s casual, but looks elegant with some structure and collar, and button only- no zipper. My favorite feature is the pockets. They ’ re stylish but also has hand warmer pockets. I tried on SO MANY coats including Barbour before somewhat halfheartedly ordering this. I liked it so much I couldn ’ t return it! I wear ir all the time from work to weekend with sneakers to brown suede boots. All that said, it ’s not the most versatile, it ’s a two season coat where I live- early fall mid spring temps in dry weather. For the price one can get a capable coat.
