[ I typically prefer a lined/heavier weight rain jacket for my kids as I want something warmer for our cooler spring temps, but I actually really like the versatility of this very light weight rain jacket, especially since I bought it with the Columbia Benton Springs fleece( which comes in the same color!). For the price, this is definitely a bargain. I was a little skeptical when the product came in but I ran water over it for 10 minutes and not a drop came through! It seemed to be breathable enough when my son wore it on a camping trip in 90 degree heat. The only negative is that it is a little bulky. However, I plan to buy another one for my other child.

Was a little nervous when I first opened it and felt the material but it is very sturdy and held up amazingly well. Drys quickly and folds up so small. Like that it has it's own storage bag.
