Bought this to carry on my back while riding my motorcycle. It's perfect and despite being smaller, I was able to carry everything I needed in it. Even when loaded down it does n't feel like I have anything on my back. The only downside is when I 'm riding is that it shifts, but I may be able to buy a strap to anchor it, so it does n't shift. Other than that, it is fantastic! Plus, the price point is great as well!

There are many pockets and pouches. You could stuff lots and lots in this bag. Everything stayed dry. I was able to bring an extra large water bottle, sunglasses, phone, charger, battery pack, snacks and used the straps to carry an extra sweatshirt rolled up. This is my only go- everywhere bag that I take with me any time I leave the house. I ’ ve been using it for three years and I love it as much as the day I got it. I keep my phone in the back top- zippered compartment, and AirPods and lip balm in the small front pocket. In the main compartment slip pocket I have a notebook, pen, stain remover; in the rest of the compartment, I have alcohol hand spray, a pack of tissues, prescription glasses in their case standing up, and beside the glasses a Fjällräven pencil case in which I carry my must- haves( Advil, pocket knife, measuring tape, Bandaids, sanitary pad, alcohol wipes, nail file, hair elastic, eye glasses spray cleaner, snack). The glasses case and the Fjällräven pencil case stand up perfectly side by side, and in front of them I keep my Fjällräven Zip Wallet( filled with approximately 15 cards and cash). All of these items combined fit into the Sling without issue, and I can still put my large set of keys inside if I don ’ t want them in my pocket or clipped to the sturdy strap. In one of the side pockets, I keep a reusable bag. For a bag this small, it ’s amazing all that it can hold, and it ’s super comfortable to wear and have on all day. My one word of caution is to not wear the bag with any kind of delicate athletic/spandex- type clothing since the heavy- duty woven strap can snag or pull the fabric. For people who talk about colour transfer, please use common sense. If you buy the bag in a light colour, yes, of course, it will get dirty( the light colours make no sense to me and don ’ t blame the company for that)!! Similarly, yes, do not wear the bag in a dark colour rubbing against a white shirt. It ’s obvious from the material of the Sling that colour can transfer in both ways. I have mine in Dark Forest( same colour as my backpack and several items of clothing) and absolutely adore it. I love how I can grab the bag by the handles or the long strap, how everything is securely zipped, how hard- wearing the material is, and how I can also hook things to the bag if necessary. I can ’ t recommend it enough.

This little but mighty backpack will be perfect for when I am abroad, which is twice a year for a month each time, because it is not heavy or too big for my frame. When I ’ m out and about sightseeing or hiking, I only need a few items, not a great big, heavy leather backpack. I will also use it as my every- day- carry as my handbag/purse. I wanted a nice backpack for PB( it was my son's gift) but when searching, most of them were either too big or too small for me. I need to carry a big bottle of water( sometimes 2) since I dehydrate fast, this bag's pouches for bottles are big enough, not like others. It has compartments for everything( the description does n't mention it also comes with a shoe bag not attached to the bag, though it's shown in the pictures). The quality looks nice and decent and has a fence hook which I do need. I ordered an additional strap to give some bright color to my bag but was disappointed on that one: the quality is not the same( it's neoprene), the edges of the neoprene are not perfectly cut/finished, it's much narrower than the original strap and one of the `` gold- tone metal accents '' was not well painted, it has black spots.

[ This is my second one of these bags, I bought it again because of how much I loved my first one. The bag is the perfect size for keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses case and one or two other small items. The inside of mine( all black version) is lined light grey, so you can actually see inside it. Two inner pockets and one outside pocket are perfect for staying organized. The option to swap the long strap for the short one is great- sometimes you just need that bag in your armpit, you know? The bag is durable and easy to clean. I think the zippers on my original bag( from like, eight years ago maybe?) felt a little sturdier than these do. But apart from that, there this bag really has no flaws. Still not sure what to do with that keychain thing though.

Not* too* small where it struggles to hold the essentials. Not* too* big where it's cumbersome or an abyss for your belongings. Honestly, it's perfect for keeping everything I would otherwise have in my pockets elsewhere. Phone, keys, wallet, headphones, pocket knife, spare change, receipts, and the odd pack of gum or pair of sunglasses. Nothing goes missing. Just right. Usually gravity keeps it at my waist under my arm but I like to hold the strap and slip it around on to the small of my back while I walk.
