[ I was so excited to try out the Nike Swift Women's Dri- FIT Short- Sleeve Running Top, as I love to exercise outside and have had problems getting over- heated. I was surprised at how great I felt wearing this top while I exercised, as I did not feel sweaty( thanks to its moisture- wicking properties). The material is incredibly light- weight and soft on my skin. I chose a size XL and it fit me perfectly( I am 5' 5', 200 lb, and bra size 38C). I love the unique, breathable mesh design on the back because it allows air to move freely as you move and it looks super cute. The material is thin, so you will need to be aware of what kind of bra( if you wear one) that you have underneath, as the fabric will leave nothing to the imagination. I have curves, so this top makes me look just as good as I feel when exercising, especially with the cinched waist feature. I love the length of the top and it only rides up a little bit when I stretch my arms( though I also wear high- waist workout shorts/leggings). The subtle Nike logo on the front is just enough for it not to be distracting. My only complaint is that I wish that the neckline was lower so it is more complimentary for some of us that have bigger chests.

The fit is a lot more snug than I like, but that's on me for not realizing it's a tighter fit whereas I like a looser fit. It would be ideal however for lifting, running, and more intense exercises. I like the color and style of it the most- classic Nike with the classic quality and comfort. The only thing I would change is a slightly longer sleeve, but I 'd imagine I 'd get that with a looser fitting shirt too.

I have bought four pairs of the FP Tempo Tank and it ’s unbelievably soft and stretchy. I would recommend you size down one as it can feel quite loose once you wear it. This top delivers on multiple fronts. The fabric is lightweight and feels well matched to warm summer days. I have sweat in it comfortably. At the same time, I have worn it as an effective base layer for cooler temps, which can still arise suddenly in Colorado springs. The slightly gathered fabric effect offers forgiveness for some of my own belly and arm ripples. The edging makes the top feel feminine just the way I want it to-- I like doing athletic things with the boys, but I do n't want to dress like them. It does not wear too baggy for the look, nor is it too tight at all.
