These are great duffel bags! I ordered the red, green, and white ones. I ordered the small size, because I just need it for daily trips to the YMCA f and maybe for a day or two trip here or there. It will hold a pair of shoes and a basketball, my swimming gear, and a change of clothes no problem. I use the shoe garage for a basketball and put the shoes on the other side to get the extra room when carrying both. If you are looking to carry a lot more I 'd move up to the medium size which I purchased at first, but it was just to big for my needs. The small is perfect in my opinion. The red and white bags really pop, but that Oregon green really takes the take. The black option looks ok too, but I just like the other 3 colors better.

I bought the Pollinator Orange in person at a local store, after it being the one orange I was like `` maybe it's too bright..? '' In person, it is much more of a brighter burnt orange, and I was instantly in love. I was searching for a duffle for its soft body vs any other luggage to have something easy to pack( big and roomy) and easy to grab and carry( handles on the sides of this bag, the backpack straps, or top carry straps!). I use it to pack for weekends at my partner's and future plans and it fits SO much!! The duffle is designed to fold into itself for storage as well and the wrapped outer part becomes a pocket accessible from in and outside of the duffle. I absolutely recommend this, and I appreciate all the colour options and its durability! A Pufferfish Gold one is in my partner's future, too:) You wo n't regret this purchase!! The Nouveau Green looks a little more teal in the photos, more dark green in real life. I wish the piping were n't chartreuse. But it's sturdy, amazing that it can fit in that small pocket, though I doubt I can get it all back in there. Expensive for what it does, but all recycled and Patagonia is a conscientious company. Someone reviews this and saying their driver didn ’ t fit, Ogio sells other alpha covers that could accommodate. I was happy to take my driver out and put it next to the golf bag but it actually fits perfectly staying in the bag. Straps keep it snug and easy to move with the handles and wheels. Straps over the outside and over the golf bag. Front pocket and inner pockets. Haven ’ t really gone into the inside of the bag much but I noticed a few pockets and zippers to potentially add or replace more padding. I now have four Chasm Duffels, two 40L and both sizes of the rolling duffel. These are my go to bags when traveling. The 40Ls are the perfect size for a long weekend- or more, I overpack. I 've checked all of them now and they hold up incredibly well to rough handling.

[ This is the second bag like this that I have had. The other one lasted for 13 years and is still in decent condition, so I 'm passing it on to a friend. I just felt like having a new bag for my travels this year.( I know that's not a good reason.) Love the khaki color!

I have bought owned and given gifts of Eagle Creek packs and bags since the 1990s and have since day one described EC bags as the best on the market, for business travel or fun. I have owned an original version of this ORV trunk since about 2000, an airport tore a hole in the side, broke a wheel, and generally destroyed my bag. other than that I had that bag traveling with me for the better part of 17 years without incident. So when I was in need of a new one I replaced it with the ORV Trunk 36( I upgraded a size). THis bag is great, new features are perfect in line with what I expect from EC gear. I am sure this bag will last me another 17 plus years of faithful and dependable service.
