Still getting used to it but currently on a trip in Italy with this backpack. At first it seems like you need to lay it flat to access or put away anything. However, when on the go, you can just open the zippers on the top to access the different departments, and by only opening the zipper on the top, I was able to create another pocket and start using it like a normal backpack, just throwing things in there instead of opening another zipper. All in all really nice quality. I picked the option where they just give you any color and I ’ m really pleased with it. Fits Norse Atlantic Airways personal size dimensions( and Ryanair too, though I haven ’ t been on that flight yet).

I got this backpack to use while abroad. It is definitely on the smaller side because it can be used as a personal item, but it fits much more than a normal backpack because it opens like a carry- on. Even though it is smaller it's great that it can be used as a personal item and not a checked or carry- on bag. The compartments are also super nice, I am excited to use this on weekend trips!

Why not shove some water and trail mix in this bag? People talk about the straps being tiny, but they ’ re adjustable, so not sure what the deal is there.

[ This is my second one of these bags, I bought it again because of how much I loved my first one. The bag is the perfect size for keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses case and one or two other small items. The inside of mine( all black version) is lined light grey, so you can actually see inside it. Two inner pockets and one outside pocket are perfect for staying organized. The option to swap the long strap for the short one is great- sometimes you just need that bag in your armpit, you know? The bag is durable and easy to clean. I think the zippers on my original bag( from like, eight years ago maybe?) felt a little sturdier than these do. But apart from that, there this bag really has no flaws. Still not sure what to do with that keychain thing though.
