The Nouveau Green looks a little more teal in the photos, more dark green in real life. I wish the piping were n't chartreuse. But it's sturdy, amazing that it can fit in that small pocket, though I doubt I can get it all back in there. Expensive for what it does, but all recycled and Patagonia is a conscientious company. [ My wife has a wine carrier and it ’s red and shiny and something I hated carrying into events. This wine tote is way better. The look is gender neutral. The handles are leather to class the look up a bit. There is a side outer pocket for things like a small wine opener. The tote fits 2 bottles and has a padded divider so the bottles don ’ t rub and clink together during travel. The divider is moveable so if we want to take a magnum, I ’ m pretty sure it would fit too. This would make a good gift.

This is a great pack for both car and airline travel. I pack smart with packing compressors packing cubes but I wouldn ’ t say I pack light and I had plenty of space. The waist belt allows me to comfortably carry this pack through the airport. The straps stow easily and it fits in the overhead bin.
