I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I love this top for my daily walks and runs. I just started running and i don ’ t like carrying my phone in my hand but I don ’ t want to wear a belt because they bounce too much. I put my phone in the big back pocket, and other things like keys, tissues, etc. in the other pockets, and I don ’ t feel them or notice them at all the whole time! If you put your phone in the big pocket at the back, you do have to have good mobility/a little skill to get it back out, but it ’s no problem for me. I ’ d love to have this in a bunch of colors!!
