These are great duffel bags! I ordered the red, green, and white ones. I ordered the small size, because I just need it for daily trips to the YMCA f and maybe for a day or two trip here or there. It will hold a pair of shoes and a basketball, my swimming gear, and a change of clothes no problem. I use the shoe garage for a basketball and put the shoes on the other side to get the extra room when carrying both. Even though I was going to the gym 2- 3 times a day and working full time, I would often use a reusable grocery bag to hold my gear. I put my wallet in my bag rather than bring a purse, so I needed a way to keep them safe as well. I did a lot of research, and I found this bag. The price was right, but it was online only. I had some concerns if it would be as big as I needed. Well, it turns out that it surpassed my expectations! This has been the best bag I could have asked for. It can handle all my needs and then some. I use the front pocket for toiletries, middle pocket for my wallet and the big pocket for my clothes/water bottle. My keys and phone go in a side pocket, and I 've had no issues. The best part is how easy it is to carry. I 've found with duffles or other bags that I would throw it on a shoulder that would then fall off. With this, I have no issues. It's so easy to adjust and throw on( or into the car). AND it does n't look super obvious at work that I 'm working out. So while there are a lot of reviews for this bag from student athletes, it gets a thumbs up from an adult gym rat too!

My son picked this out to carry his lacrosse gear. This is a great backpack with plenty of room. There ’s a separate, zippered compartment on the bottom for his cleats. It also fits a pair of flip flops. The main compartment fits his shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves, and has some extra room for his jersey, small towel, and clean shirt. It does n't fold over nicely, instead every time you reach inside you have to use two hands, one hand to keep the top open and the other hand to get what you want.
