You can expect the high level of quality that you typically get from Patagonia with these pants. They are very light yet fairly tear resistant. The pockets are a good size. The zipper quality seems reliable. This make excellent hiking pants but are also nice enough for a quick errand.

I bought these because I liked the zip- off Ferrosi's so much and these pants are great! Despite being in the same family, the fabric feels a little different between these and the zip- offs but still incredibly stretchy and breathable. Like the zip- off, these have the built- in draw string and leg cuffs which is handy for ditching the belt and being able to pull up the cuffs if you like. These have become more of my casual around town pant now because they 're just so comfortable.

The weight and fabric is breathable light. It is the lightest pants I have hiked with. In areas where shorts are not the best option but it is hot these have been a life saver! I like the pockets and drawstring at the waist and ankles. Beginners and experts could both benefit from these pants. The only drawback is that it is thin fabric which can snare on twigs and tear. Pretty durable for their weight though.

My last pair shrunk a bit so I upsided on these in case of that. These are the most comfortable hiking pants I have owned. Also very durable. My last pair had the zipper to make shorts, which I hardly ever used and was less comfortable due to the zipper. These are perfect when you want some coverage hiking but also breathability when you get a sweat going. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a solid hiking pant.

Super lightweight and nice stretch fabric. Best jeans I 've ever worn. Recommendations would be to tighten the waist a hair given the stretch factor. I like that the fit is slightly looser now( but still fitted). I owned a couple earlier pairs where they were closer to skinny jeans which I did n't like.

I love these pants for hiking and backpacking. The material breathes well, dries quickly and is cool in hot weather but warm enough when actively hiking into the upper 40s even in a mild breeze. The draw cord at the waist is very nice and works well. Eliminate need for a belt, which gets in the way when carrying a backpack. The draw chords at the cuffs are nice, but they require a plastic attachment, which is easily lost. They should be supplied with one or two replacements when purchased.
