I went back and bought a couple pairs in the mediums and they also fit. I feel they fit just a little on the larger size. The blue is not really a navy, it's like a dark slate blue, but a nice color. Just do n't think you 'll be able to wear them with true navy outfits if you are a matchy- matchy person. Like any clothing, the fit depends on your build, but I love the tapered style — these make my calves look like an NFL running back's. I 'm about 6' 0 '', 170 lbs, very lean — similar to VRST ambassador Devonta `` Smitty '' Smith. Please, I 'm practically begging you: offer more colors! A lighter grey, balsam green, deeper khaki, or a good shade of red — I 'd buy every one. Also, consider adding belt loops. Keep the stretchy liner at the waist, maybe tweak or remove the strings that get destroyed in the dryer, but belt loops would make it easy to tuck in a polo without looking ridiculous on the course. Love the fit, love the material, and I 'd throw even more money your way with these small updates. Thanks for considering it — I think the brand is highly competitive in this crowded space and is well- positioned to take another step forward.

VRST has done it again. I have some pants made by another company that are similar to these and I would choose these over the other brand. The fabric is softer and looks more like a traditional khaki pant. These pants come with a little extra room in the hip and thigh area, so they fit nice and comfortable. The material has a slight stretch to it, so range of motion is not limited in any way. The fabric is moisture wicking so they dry quick. The pants also have UV protection which is alway a plus if you are out in the sun. Beside the main side pocket on the right side there is also a zippered pocket to keep keys safe to they do n't fall out. The back pocket also has a zipper if you are someone who keeps their wallet in their back pocket. Overall great fit and comfort. I will be buying more of these.

[ I can ’ t say enough great things about the Nike Chill Sweatpants. I feel like these pants are the perfect blend of leggings( based on the slimmer fit and high rise), joggers( taper on the ankles), and sweatpants( warmth for spring/fall not heavy like for winter). I ’ ve thrown these on to wear around the house( think Netflix and Chill); running kiddos to the bus stop; dressed up with cropped top and denim jacket. Definitely will be keeping these in heavy rotation and will likely snag another color way. For the hourglass hippy girlies, I ’ m normally a medium and I would say these fit true to size. They also come with an inner drawstring waist( think no waist gap!) However, be prepared to have the pockets stick out especially if you use them) making your hips appear larger. If this bothers me long term I ’ ll consider adding couple buttons to the pockets or an invisible zipper so that the pockets remain functional with a slightly more flattering lay. [ As of mom of 7, full time teacher, and someone who likes to work out and stay in shape, I need athletic wear that I can use multi- purpose. The first thing I noticed about these pants if the color and fabric- they are the perfect shade of greige to wear out and about with any color and hide any marks or wear and tear and the fabric is super soft to the touch! I appreciate the color because I like wearing lighter colors, but as a mom of 7 little kids, I 'm always afraid that will be noticeably dirty or stained too quickly. Thankfully, these pants stood the test of sticky little fingers and mom work! While I did experience getting them dirty, the marks and stickiness washed out easily and left no mark! I 'm VERY happy with the fabric quality in this regard. Some more pros of these pants: 1) they fit true to size( I got size small and I 'm 5' 8 '' 125lbs) with room to move. 2) The waist is the perfect mid/high rise for comfort. 3) The detailing makes them look much more polished than typical sweatpants. 4) The lightweight material is great for layering over running tights/shorts for layered workouts and truly does breathe well. 5) The thicker waistband is ideal for not having a pinch point on my waist when bending and lifting. Some cons: 1) the material is more coarse on the inside- it's not plush or soft. This is good for moisture- wicking, but not the most comfortable for lounging( so just be advised because I feel the title of `` sweatpants '' made me assume they would be cozier). 2) they run a bit shorter than I prefer( size small, 5' 8 '') and end about jogger length 3) the lightweight fabric is very breathable, but not `` warm '' or cozy like the title `` sweatpants '' implies to me- they are more of a tech sweatpant. Overall I really like them and the fact that they are easy clean and can transfer from home to workout so easily and with such style makes them a great purchase in my book!

The fabric is light weight and amazingly soft, though rather transparent and would require either skin color undergarments, leggings or spandex underneath. I 'd consider these a perfect pair of sweats for spring/summer time running errands or relaxing around the house( any time of year). I bought the Black Tail pants about a month ago. I not only find them great for golf, but for everyday wear as well. They do run a bit small, so I had to buy a size larger than usual. I like the fit so much that I wish Tail would make them in other colors. I do have the navy ones also.

Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

[ I normally wear the Fjallraven Keb trouser but was looking for something lighter for mid summer hikes in the sweltering northeast, these absolutely fit the bill although I will most likely tear these apart quicker than the Keb. Not because they are low quality, but because I am a big dude and very hard on my gear.

These are by far my favorite pants ever for trekking, travelling etc. Super comfortable and lightweight, but also tough as nails. After several overnights and rounds of deep mud and butt- sliding down rocks, they still look brand new.

Usually wear a 34 and ordered a 33- 34, fit and felt fantastic. Vent zips are perfect with plenty of pockets. Hiked on the coast with these and they kept me warm enough from the ocean breeze yet i wasnt uncomfortable for a second because of excess heat. If you 're looking for lifetime pants it's well worth the money.
