[ My head measurement suggests either a medium or a large. Based on a review I saw on the manufacturer's site suggesting to go with the large in the same situation, I did, and I am glad I did. This hat is super- comfortable and light. I got it in black and it's the kind of hat you can wear in town or on the trail, because in black it does n't look `` outdoorsy ''. I 've been wearing it under a sun hoody for maximum sun protection.

The Eclipse cap is the best- fitting most comfortable baseball- style hat I ever had. picked one up two weeks ago for a week of canyoning in Utah. we had rain, hail, snow, sun and heat- the works. please produce this hat in a putty or light khaki color so I can buy another one.

I hate hats, especially in the summer, but the need for sun protection has driven me to reconsider. I have bought so many hats and I would wear them only when I had too. I needed a hat to use when attending all day outdoor events. With very fair skin it does n't matter how much sunscreen I use I still get red. This hat is great for keeping the sun off my face and neck. I really like how lightweight the top part of the hat is. I also like the ability to size the hat and the venting. This is a great hat if you are looking for comfort and good coverage.
