Probably one of the best yoga mats I have ever own. Not only do I use if when I exercise, but I love to stretch out on it. It ’s reversible which is a great feature, super supportive and I love the line down the middle which helps keep my aligned while exercising and stretching. It ’s got a good grip on it which helps if your sweating during your work out. If your looking for a new mat, you definitely should give this one a try.

This mat was a huge surprise. I didn ’ t think I ’ d ever like one more than my spendy lulu one. First, great color, but even better was the feel. It stays flat without rolling up, has the perfect amount of stickiness, and cushioning that feels like you are on a cloud. I wouldn ’ t change a thing.

I chose this product because i wanted a good mat for yoga and for ab workouts. This mat checks all the boxes. It has enough cushion to be comfortable on a tile floor. It has good grip so the mat does not slide on the floor and your feet do n't slip either. Another nice feature is the line that goes right down the middle of the mat. This helps with feet placement with any exercise you are doing. When you are done working out it is easy to clean and rolls up for easy storage. I can also tell from the quality of the mat i will be using this yoga mat for a very long time.

I have been wanting a yoga mat for a while now, but never got around to actually purchasing one and now I ’ m so glad I didn ’ t because this is one of the best quality yoga mats I have come across. It is thick and very well made. Others I ’ ve had in the past would start crumbling and flaking off after a little bit of use, but this is still holding up incredibly well and I use it for a ton of different workouts. This mat is awesome. It is thick and grips well to the floor so there is n't movement. It is on the heavier side but given it is heavy duty, that is expected. It also wipes down easily. I love it for yoga and everyday stretching.

Great yoga mat! The texture of the top of the mat is very sticky and great for not slipping. The back of the mat also has a sticky surface to prevent sliding. The color is absolutely beautiful! The thickness is a huge improvement over my thinner mats. The long length is also great! Highly recommend!

This workout/yoga mat is one of the best I have used. I was pleased with the thickness of the mat as it was enough that my knees did not hurt when using it on hard surface. It had a very good grip since it did not slip at all on hard surface and stayed in place when used on carpet. My only dislike is a small one in that it would not be my first color choice

[ This is my second eKO SuperLite Yoga Mat. I keep one in my office for lunchtime yoga breaks, and the second goes backpacking with me. As it's lightweight, it is n't as well cushioned as my heavier Manduka mat, but it has excellent traction and folds down so packably small!

This yoga mat is so perfect! Very durable and solid materials. It lays flat when you first unroll it, not like flimsy ones that roll up on the corners. It stays in place with each yoga move. The color is beautiful. It is thick and cushioned so your knees and elbows don ’ t feel like they are digging into the floor. I would buy one in every color! The only slight negative is it is a little heavy, not bad but I was just surprised when I picked it up.

I love this Yoga Mat! It's super great for at home workouts. I work out at home 4- 5 times a week. I had another yoga mat that was squishier, but this one is better in more ways. I like that this yoga mat stays in place and does n't slip around while I 'm doing mountain climbers, or other exercises. It's not as squishy when I 'm doing pushups on my knees, but maybe I need to do regular pushups from now on! It's comfortable enough for crunches, but great for yoga as well.

Nothing to complain about on this yoga mat. It's a dense/firm pad with grooves for good traction. This firmness is great for peobising an even surface while its in use on carpet. After a few months of ownership I havent noticed any odor build up, washed a few times with soapy water and its good to go!

I have used this mat for about 6 weeks and no complaints! It ’s very grippy even when sweaty and does not slip on the slick wood floors of my studio. Since the mat isn ’ t textured, it ’s also very easy to wipe down at the end of my session. It ’s heavy but not too heavy and comparable to an alo yoga mat.
