If you want a snug fit then go for it. But if you want a fit with a little more room, go a size up. I went with the snug fit because the material is breathable and stretch. So even in playing a game or running, you ’ ll still feel comfortable. It ’s just shug on the…frontal regions- if you know what I mean lol
