This is my third pair of Xtratuf boots, I have a tall pair and a regular deck boot pair--- I 've been wearing them for at least 5 years. The boots I have are great but not the warmest and I 've always wished I could find a warm Xtratuf boots. Well these boots are IT! With a midweight wool sock, these boots kept my feet warm when it was pretty dang cold. And I love the color scheme, girly without looking unserious. Just got these shoes in and they ’ re amazing. While everyone has had a comment on the way they look, I think they are the best performing shoes. Basically crocs in a boot type, perfect for wading through the back waters.

I like the new hightides they are very comfortable, I like the way they breathe. They are great in the water and in the yard doing yard work. They don. t slip when they get wet, and they are very light. When I first saw them I did n't think I would like them but now I wear them everywhere.

My plan was to be able to wear them with skinny jeans, and hopefully wear to the grocery store or on other quick errands. Well, I ended up wearing them on a shopping day trip and wore them for about 5 hours straight, with some of that time being outside on a 40- ish degree day. They were WONDERFUL! Very warm, and comfortable! I wear and 7 1/2 or 8, and ordered an 8. Definitely recommend!

I only wish they came in half sizes. My usual size 6 fit with lightweight socks, but I knew I ’ d want to be able to wear heavier socks in winter, so I sized up to a 7. They ’ re pretty big with lightweight socks but fit very comfortably with heavier socks. A 6. 5 would have been perfect for both, but that ’s not stopping me from wearing them with lightweight socks too

Finally found a hiking boot that works for my wide foot and narrow heel! So comfortable... feels like wearing a running shoe. But has the support, durability, GTX and traction I like for hiking on snow, ice, and dirt. And waterproof+ zero drop too! Lace system makes it easy to adjust for different socks. Just feels good to wear, which I have not yet found in a hiking boot. And I have tried a lot!

I wore these hikers during my recent trip to Northern California. My feet stayed dry during heavy downpours of rain on trail hikes and walking on the beach. My only problem was the tongue on my left shoe rubbed against my ankle. I wore thicker socks and that helped the situation.

I want to love them. They are extremely light and the ankles feel supportive without digging. Unfortunately they are a half size too small for me. I was also disappointed to see they arrived dirty and scuffed, with muddy soles and dog hair inside and out.
