[ The DriFit DNA 6in shorts will function for both casual and performance. The mesh is a lot softer than I expected, and it feels great when sitting around and when running. I played basketball in these shorts and it fit great through the rear and thigh. Not too loose, but enough space to move. The length was above the knees for my 6 ’ 0 ” height, and my favorite part of the shorts was the zippered pocket. It does not get in the way when running and I ’ m glad it was there to hold my belongings after play. Overall I ’ d recommend these shorts to anyone looking for a do it all short.

[ I 'm a shorts guy, so let's get that out of the way first. It can be 30 outside, raining or snowing, and you 'll usually find me in shorts year round. It's essential I have several pairs laying around at all times so I can rotate frequently, but since I got these, I do n't feel I have the need to switch out of them as often as I probably should, they are super comfy, and can go with anything else I throw on to wear with them. The fit of these is great, I 'm generally between a M- L in most things depending on how they run, and these are right in the middle for me, which is perfect. If you 're a true large around a 34 waist and do n't like a snug fit, I 'd suggest maybe size up. They do n't shrink when you wash them which is nice as well. The materials are great, nice soft and comfy fit, and really appreciate the fact they have a liner and are n't a single layer of mesh like my Jordan brand DNA shorts( which are basically see- through). They are advertised as 6 '' shorts, but from my experience wearing a lot of running shorts as well, they do have a higher rise and longer outseam, so these are n't going to be hitting you mid thigh like most typical 6 '' shorts do, unless you pull them up to your belly button. For me, it's the perfect length, not at the knee, but a couple inches above. And unlike most above the knee basketball shorts, these are n't super wide at the opening make us guys with smaller legs look like we are swimming in short shorts, I 've had that issue in the past where they are very wide and it just does n't look right with above the knee shorts, but no issue here with these! The material is fantastic, it's not heavy, very soft to the touch, does n't have a cold/cool feeling like typical mesh, but it's got that drifit feel you are used to from Nike products, which I really enjoy. Moisture wicking, breathable, absolutely nothing to complain about with these! These are probably going to be my daily shorts for a while, unless Nike comes out with something better any time soon. I own a lot of different pairs of shorts, but honestly for the fit, comfort, and versatility of these, they are hands down my favorite right now. Either going outside and getting some exercise, sitting at home relaxing, or even running errands on the weekend, these are it for me.

I love the fact that these shorts fall above the knees. These does show your knees if you ’ re not wearing compression shorts underneath. I do sweat a lot when playing ball, but the lightweight and breathable material kept the temp down and the sweating to a minimal. Comfort I give it a 9. 5/10. I can wear this all day! The design is simple but versatile which is why I give it an 9/10. Love the fact that it has regular pocket and a zipper pocket. It has the standard Nike shorts look, but to be honest, I love the simple design because it goes with everything. Durability on these shorts are made to last. You can do your errands or your most strenuous activity and you ’ ll get stuff done. Durability wise, I give this a 9/10. Overall I give these shorts a 9/10. It hits all the buckets I look for in shorts to wear especially for basketball. The simple design and how the shorts fall before knees is what I look for mainly. The lightweight and breathable material while help limiting the sweat helped me choose and recommend these shorts to anyone!

I usually use these for my gym towels or AirPods and they ’ ve never fallen out of the pocket. The fabric of the pant seems to be very durable but also breathable enough for intense workouts. They also wick sweat very quickly and stay fresh for a few wears with no odor. These shorts allow me to stay cool during my workouts and also are loose enough around my quads and thighs for extra mobility. I find that most low cut shorts fit too tightly around my quads but these fit just right when doing heavy squats or deadlifts.

The built in compression shorts were ideal for hot runs and prevented chaffing during humid days. They are the perfect mid- length for someone that doesnt want shorty shorts but doesnt want the typical 7in basketball length. They have not been used for running yet, but they will be in the future with compression shorts fitting underneath easily and comfortably. The print is fun as well! The only complaint is that the pockets arent very deep and my wallet will fall out when I sit down. But that's not an issue for working out, more so just for every day use of the shorts. I would recommend them based on the thin material and length alone.

They hit right at about mid- thigh, which is a great length for staying mobile without feeling too short. The fabric quality is also impressive-- lightweight, yet it feels durable and well made. I put them to the test on a five- mile run in high heat, and they performed perfectly with no chafing or discomfort. The liner is especially well- designed and stays comfortable throughout the workout, which makes me think these would be an excellent choice for distance training. Style- wise, the shorts feature a retro print( similar to a matching shirt). While the vintage look is definitely a cool, unique touch, it did n't grow on me quite as much on the shorts. That ’s just my personal preference but the actual performance is top notch. These are high- quality shorts have kept me cool and comfortable when the temperature rises, and I ’ m definitely happy to have them in my rotation.

I am not a big fan of the built- in brief liner though, I prefer to wear my own briefs in it and would not be comfortable forgoing it. [ The printed dash shorts met my expectations in regards to performance. Typically, I like to go hiking in the woods and rely on quality apparel to assist me in my trek. These shorts are decent for that kind of activity. They are super light weight. It almost feels like a windbreaker but slightly thicker material. I usually wear a size large shorts that falls between 34/ 36 waist. These shorts were size large, however they seem to run slightly small. I would recommend one size up if purchasing these for the first time. I didn ’ t notice any sweat and kept quite dry during my hike. These are made of very airy material that breathes well. Aside from performance, I absolutely love the modern graphics. It makes me look fast standing still. Overall, I would recommend these shorts. Although the size might be an issue at first to determine, I feel confident in saying that the performance aspect and design will hold up to its name.

Finally great shorts
I ’ ve been looking everywhere for a pair of shorts that didn ’ t go to my knees( I ’ m not very tall)! I never even thought of looking in the local Dicks. Boy was I surprised when I went out to get some dumb bells! They had my perfect 6 ” shorts and lots of other great clothes that were not just for sports. I bought two pairs along with a Red Sox hat. These shorts are amazing. I 'm 6' 3 and 217lbs( somewhat fit) the size XL fit just right. With the built- in compression shorts these hit right above the knee. There is a pocket on the left side of the compression short, it can hold your cell phone or wallet. There is a small zipper pocket on the right butt cheek and a loop on the left hip, where you could place a small towel to hold while working out or a spring link clip that is holding your keys. I 'm my opinion, the right& left pockets of the shorts are fairly deep, I can place my phone in the pocket and be worried it would fall out when taking a seat. This is my second pair of these shorts, I 'm thinking about snatching up the black pair next. Hope this review helps.
