You will not regret buying these shorts! I needed to refresh my running collection and ordered several different styles of shorts to try. I returned some much more expensive shorts( very popular brand name) to the store and decided to browse around while I was there. I am so glad I stumbled upon these shorts! They are the most comfortable and best fitting I 've ever owned. The knit waistband is perfection-- does n't dig in, is high- waisted enough that it looks cute with crop tops. The body the shorts are a very lightweight material-- if I had to dig for a negative, it's that they are SO light and airy and sometimes when I 'm running at the gym, I 'll just do a quick glance over my shoulder to make sure I 'm covered. I always am, but they are that breathable and light. But not see- through or sheer. I did buy black and the dark red and ca n't confirm the see- through qualities of the lighter colors. For size reference, I am 5' 6 '', 138#, a 6 in most pants and I bought a medium. I probably could 've gone with a small, but I do n't like things to cut into my waist. The waistband does n't stretch out with wear, so I think the size is perfect.

These are my favorite high- waisted shorts ever. I have 7 pairs. These are my everyday shorts, gym shorts, walking shorts, house shorts, errand shorts, etc. They fit perfect on my waist and have enough coverage that they are comfortable for exercising. I am usually a medium but sized these up to large so they would cover more and not ride up and show butt cheeks( medium did this to me). I would consider sizing up if you want more coverage.

Any time you see golf shorts just think casual everyday shorts. These are great for everyday wear. They are stretchy and can be dressed up a bit. They aren ’ t super short but aren ’ t weirdly long either. They come in a few colors as well. They fit nicely and have actual pockets!

I bought these and the Calia golf shorts at the same time. I really like the Walter Hagen ’s more because they fit in the waist better( about 1 ” slimmer). They are easy to wear, easy to wash, and dry easily. I would buy more colors if they had more than black and navy. I also wish I could add a belt, or adjustable waist tabs for an even slimmer fit.

As an older runner who wanted a cooler short option than my usual bike- style short, finding a longer length was surprisingly difficult. But thank you, Brooks, for this 7 ” short. It is very comfortable and just long enough for me. Plus pockets! I typically wear medium but took a large for a roomy feel and the option to wear those compressive shorts as an under layer since it can be tightened at the waist. It does have a liner. Definitely recommended- I bought 2! I would love to see other color options!

I really love the soft and buttery feel of the InfinaSoft fabric! I bought a second pair immediately after receiving the first because that ’s how much I loved them! More importantly, I love the fact that the thigh area( hems) aren ’ t stitched. My personal opinion is that Nike ’s biker shorts are made for women with slimmer/smaller quads. I have purchased numerous pairs of their biker shorts only to return them because they ’ re just too tight and constricting on my quads. The only pairs of Nike biker shorts that I own are the Nike Pro 5 inch shorts. They, too, fit amazing and I have nearly every color! The 5 inch Pros are just my preference. Not too short and not too long. The Nike Zenvy are and will be my new loves! You won ’ t be disappointed from the feel, comfort or the length!
