After being pleased with my MH shell, I decided to try these bibs and so glad I did. So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5' 2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The medium short is definitely roomy, which is what I wanted to allow for layering and freedom of movement. I LOVE that there are options for length. This should be standard in the industry! The leg pockets fit a phone perfectly and have stayed waterproof. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

Finding pants in any outdoor brand is a challenge because sizing is still skewed towards more petite women. I am 5' 6, 140 lb, hourglass shaped with a 32D bust, 27 '' waist and 39 '' hips and athletically built thighs. I ordered a medium tall and the 34 '' inseam is actually perfect and just hits the floor without shoes on. Pros: Built- in cinch belt around waist- this is a genius add!
