I have POTS, and these compression shorts work great under jeans or sweatpants. The short inseam means I can also wear them under shorts or dresses, and they 're thin enough that they do n't feel bulky. They 're not too tight, and they 're a nice addition to the rest of my compression. I ca n't speak to the quality yet, but they seem to be holding up okay!

I generally wear a shorter inseam specifically or trail running, but this inseam was a more modest and `` everyday comfortable '' approach. Waistband just right, not too tight or loose, and the rise is in- between typical mid- rise and high- rise so I don ’ t feel like I ’ m having to roll them down or pull them up to be flattering.
