[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

I have to give 5 stars even of the legging is more than 7/8- I am 5. 6 and this is the first time I have an issue with the length. Anyway they are soooo comfortable. This my second pregnancy and I only purchase maternity leggings with Nike. Great color.

[ This.. is Nikes Maternity 7/8 tight and my new favorite athletic tight for the next few months. The fabric is that nice thick feel, but not enough to have heat be a concern. I also enjoy how stretchy the band is so I don ’ t have to worry about getting too big for these tights. I think these are a really good option for those with a +1 that still want that nice tight feeling without having to worry about the bump.

[ I love how lightweight these leggings are! Like all Nike pros, they are stretchy yet compressive and very flattering. I love the waistband and felt secure during my workouts. When wearing them during pilates and weightlifting, I did n't have to constantly adjust them, which is AWESOME in comparison to other leggings. I love the graphic Nike check detail on the hips/quads and meshing on the calves. The 7/8 length is perfect! I 've worn and washed them quite a few times and the material has kept its shape and integrity. If you 're debating on adding these to your Nike Pro legging collection, definitely go for it!!

[ These leggings are SO flattering and comfortable which can be a hard balance to strike. The knit of the fabric snatches you in all the right places and provide just the right amount of compression. I wore them through a tough leg day workout which included squats and deadlifts, and they stayed put- i never once had to pull them up. This pair will definitely be a regular in my rotation. [ These leggings are the perfect material. So soft and lent does not stick to them easily. Went on a run and they did not rise up or down. I will say that they do fit a little big from the waist, considering that I am usually a M and fit nicely without squeezing my bump at 8 months pregnant. I will be buying in a small if I need to because the quality and stitching on these leggings is amazing!!! Also, on my run the track was a little muddy and the mud did get on my leggings but it was so easy to wipe off.
