I can pretty much do any activity in these as they are well fitted at the waist and have zero restrictions anywhere! These are extremely high- waisted; so if you have a short torso, these might not be for you as barely any of your midriff or the style of the waist band are showing. For me, I don ’ t like showing my midriff so I don ’ t mind how high they are. I love that the waist band is elastic but only worry about the future wears/washes that might cause it to lose its elasticity. We shall see. In addition, I love that I can style these up or down depending on the day ’s activities; I ’ ve worn them for a business casual look and as a sporty look! And the pockets! [ These Nike pants are interesting to say the least. Typically when you think of Nike, you think of sports, athletics, workouts, etc. These pants tend to lean more on the casual side. More of an `` athleisure '' pair than a workout pair. The bottom( ankle) part flares out almost like a boot cut pair of jeans, almost covering my entire feet. This has proven to be cumbersome when doing any high intensity workouts. The highest level of activity I would recommend is power walking or just something to wear when running errands. The material is incredibly soft and super lightweight. The waistband is super comfortable and not restraining at all. The dimensions fit perfectly so I definitely recommend true to size unless you really want an over- sized or form- fitting look. The thing I love the most about these is the very minimal branding. The only logo is above the left pocket and you can barely notice it being that the pants are black and the logo is black. Overall, I recommend these if you are looking for a casual pair of pants but I do not recommend them if you are looking for a new pair of workout pants.

What I love most about the design of the pants is that you can dress them up/down by simply pairing with different shirts and shoes. I ’ ve worn these out to an event but also at home while doing yoga. The key ring on the front is extremely helpful, however, I do wish it was on the right side instead of the left. I own two pairs of these leggings in XS and S, and honestly both fit great it just depends on the mood. When I want a more snatched compressive feel XS is perfect. When I ’ m in the mood for maximum softness and comfort S feels amazing. For reference, I ’ m 5 ’ 3 ” tall, with a 26. 8 ” waist and 39. 4 ” hips. The length works well for me the leggings hit about 2. 5 inches above the ankle. I wear these for squats, lunges, and treadmill workouts at the gym and they perform great. They stay in place, feel comfortable and move well with the body. I ’ ve had no holes, thinning or noticeable wear. I did notice a slight difference in fabric feel between colors. My Elemental Pink pair feels a bit softer while the Iron Stone pair feels smoother.

[ My first reaction to these leggings was how soft they were. The design is basically a ribbed, and while I do not normally go for ribbed styles, I was surprised at how they felt. The fit runs as a normal size and there was no issue putting them on. After wearing them running and to do floor exercise, they did not scrunch up. I did not use the pocket in the back, but us women love pockets and the only thing I would add would be a hip pocket. Otherwise, I believe I would wear these leggings just to go out it, as they are that comfortable.

Love these so much. I wear a 4 in most jeans, 5 ’ 2 ”, 135lbs. I got a small and they are perfect. They aren ’ t skin tight but aren ’ t super loose either. My butt looks AMAZING in them and I done have a very big butt. I ’ m definitely buying another pair and wish they ’ d make more colors. I have black, getting grey, not a huge fan of the peachy pink color currently available. Would love some greens!

[ When I pulled these tights out the mail I thought ‘ now when the heck am I going to wear these tights in hot behind JUNE? ’ Thankfully laundry day forced me to put these on in 65 degree weather and these were surprisingly perfect temperature. I can ’ t quite explain it, but despite being hot out, these leggings made my legs feel…cool. In addition to the temperature regulation, Nike comes through again with fit and feel. These are smooth as butter and stretchy yet thick. Can ’ t wait to try these out in cold weather.

[ I ’ m 5 ’ 8 180 lbs and this is my very first pair of Nike One TF HR. I love the black sleek look and the way it hugs my body in the right way. They aren ’ t baggy, loose or uncomfortable which is major to me. I have had a lot of workout like pants that would come down, be very loose in the front area and just wouldn ’ t be comfortable. They do seem to stretch quite a bit. When it comes to washing I let them hang dry to avoid shrinkage and lent. I have worn them jogging, doing yoga, and on play dates with my children and haven ’ t had any issues. These Nike pants can be worn in many different ways which is why I love them the most. I would recommend to anybody that has had issues finding reliable workout/ casual clothing.

They are surprisingly thick and I know in the winter the insulation is going to be perfect. These tights are very stretchy and durable during a workout. The length fit for my frame was more of a full length than a 7/8th, but that isn ’ t really a bad thing in my opinion. The only thing I felt was useful to mention is the high waisted part feels a lil snug, but other than that there ’s no going wrong!
