Best beach shade
We were vacationing in a spot where you are only allowed to have a shade structure with a monopole in the middle and this was perfect. It was so much cheaper than the other monopole that ’s more well known. It was easy to put up and in fact, I like it more than our neso grande shade tent which cost four times as much when we purchased at five years ago. Just wish this could work in the yard or at soccer games. It ’s a breeze to set up and take down. I can ’ t say enough good things about it. We purchased two and put them side- by- side so that we could have larger shade for our very large group.

As a frequent beach goer, I have tried many types of umbrellas/tent for sun protection such as Cool Cabana, Tommy Bahama and Shibumi. By far, Sun Ninja is the best product to date. Between the consistent sun coverage, UV protection and height of the poles, it is a no brainer purchase. The setup and takedown of the Ninja is extremely simple, as well as the compact storage provided. Even on windy days, we have not had issues with this umbrella staying put- as long as you fill the sandbags plus some. The number of complements and requests for links we have received on the beach is more than any product we have used. We had to make an unplanned purchase when our very expensive canopy was ruined in a pop up storm. This one is so much lighter and easier to set up! We used it for the rest of our beach week and it was great as long as it was n't extremely windy. Time will tell on how it holds up, but it was a great purchase for us.

I bought the grande online from Dicks sporting goods, picked up at the South Portland store, same day. Set up was simple, stretched it out in an X pattern, flipped the cord under the sand bags and filled with sand. Poked the poles under the front corners, adjusted the bags a little bit by stretching out, then dug a small pit and buried them. I 've been doing this for three days in the coastal winds and it's been getting more efficient each time. Zero issues, stays put for hours with shifting winds when set up properly. Take down is just as simple. Storage bag is compact. 5+ stars, I 'd buy it again without a doubt and have not received anything for this review.

Bought this to use at the beach with my family. Very easy to set up and spacious. We did purchase 2 additional poles on Amazon to make this a full tent rather than a lean- to style. Packs up in the bag easily and held up fine to the breezy beach weather. Highly recommended.

Bought two grandes for a beach trip this wknd and they were simply amazing. Assembly: It took us a few minutes to figure out how to put up the first one but the second pne took us all of 2 minutes! Easy peasy! Coverage: My daughter, grandson and I used one tent and there was still so much more room for at least 2 more adults. My brother, his wife and two kids used the second tent with two beach chairs. Recommend buying? Absolutely! If you want a comfortable, relaxing and shaded day at the beach, this is a must buy.
