I think this runs true to size, I ordered long torso. The breast support is oddly low. The seam is way past were the ladies lay and mine have nursed 2 babies and hang low. I got the stripped suit and it does not appear see through( however I have n't gotten it wet yet) the stripes do n't line up on the seams which seems to be a quality concern. I chose this swimsuit because I saw the ruching on the sides, and even though it is not a “ maternity ” swim suit, it fits my 8 month bump perfect!! I love it. The quality is really nice and thick. I am naturally large chested even pre pregnancy and usually have a hard time with strapless items, but there is reinforcement on the sides that will keep it up. The back of the suit is full coverage, but I still paired it with a cover up to feel more even more covered. It also comes with optional straps to hook on if you ’ d like. I ’ m so happy this will fit post pregnancy too, and the ruching will help disguise any extra lumps or bumps.
