Actually, I ’ m back to buy more of this kind. My girls are more on the bigger side of you know what I mean. I ’ m 5 ’ 3, 158 pounds and got it in size M instead of XL like size chart recommended. It ’s a bit tricky to get in and out but once the bra is on, you won ’ t be able to even tell you wear one. My first time at the gym on the treadmill and other heavy machines, I didn ’ t had to zip here, put the ladies back in place every 2- 3 min. I ’ m beyond happy and satisfied with this bra. Great support if you ’ re on the bigger side of your girls. I love the longline as it hides the little extra fluff. The adjustable straps are amazing also! [ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

My mother had open heart surgery. She needed a supportive front zip bra after surgery. I went to 7 different stores looking for a nice zip up bra that would fit a 38DDD. I found 1 bra out of all 7 stores, and it happened to be this one. The zipper does n't fall down, and she feels more comfortable in it than out of it. The straps and back are adjustable. I just wish the stores carried more XXL sizes than they do, but the free shipping was a plus when I ordered more.
