[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

It's very hard to find a front zip sports bra that is comfortable; this is a well- priced, comfortable and easy to use bra. The only negative I would say is that it has to many clasps- I do n't use them all, the zipper alone is generally sufficient. A `` small '' size is equivalent to a 34B/C.
