Sometimes these Winterized/Repel long- sleeve running tops run a size too big, like they ’ re weren ’ t sure if they intended them to be worn as a first or second layer. I ’ m between Men ’s S/M. Small in the DFADV Stride tops because they ’ re huge. This one fits like a first layer, but has juuuuuust enough space if you wanted to wear a single layer under it. Only gripe is that the collar sits a little wonky, unless you have it zipped all the way up.

[ I ’ m 5 ’ 5 ”, 107 lbs, and wear an XS. I run, lift, do yoga, and spend a lot of time walking to parks with my two kids — these Nike One THERMA- FIT tights have been great across all of it. The fit is snug and secure without feeling constricting, so I can move through runs, squats, and flows without adjusting. They sit on my hips; if I pull them higher I get camel toe, so I leave them where they ’ re meant to sit. The real standout is how little underwear lines show — even with fuller- coverage styles. They ’ re barely noticeable; I ’ m sure the black color helps, but I ’ ve never had this with other leggings, even my other black pairs. The fabric is amazing — so buttery soft — and the clean, streamlined look works in and out of the gym. The back pocket is perfect for an ID or card and fine for a small earbud case; my phone fits but isn ’ t comfortable for running. I ’ d love the waistband a hair higher, but the feel, opacity, and minimal underwear lines make these an easy repeat buy. Can ’ t wait to take them hiking in Yellowstone and Grand Teton next week.

[ Soft like a cloud. That's what I thought when I first touched the material. I even immediately walked over to my husband, held the leggings out towards him and said, `` you got ta feel how soft this is ''. He agreed. At 5' 4 '', 133lbs, 39 '' hips, 30 '' waist, the medium fits me like a glove. At first glance, I thought these leggings would be too small. But they stretch just right. And after wearing them all day, with or without a workout, they maintain elasticity and nothings bags or sags. They keep hugging my shape. They are so unbelievably comfortable. Nothing about them makes me aware that I 'm wearing them..... they do n't bind anywhere or fall down, I never need to hitch them up or pull a seam out of a tight place. I 'm so comfortable, I just forget about them. The only time I 'm aware of them is when my hand brushes my leg and the sheer softness of the fabric catches my attention. During a web meeting, I realized I was idly brushing my fingertips against the side of my knee because the fabric feels so lovely. These are the lowest support level, the `` gentle '' level, so wherever something jiggles, it's going to jiggle. And there's no butt lifting going on. But for yoga, a little jog, errands..... these are divine. Quite flattering as well. For serious running, I might prefer something a little more compressive. The Therma- Fit aspect will make these super cozy in winter, but I 'm here to tell you..... I 'm wearing these in 90- degree summer heat this month without a problem. I do wish there was a pocket on at least one side, if not both sides, to slip my phone into. There is a pocket in the waist band right in the middle of the back; it's big enough to hold my phone, but not that easy to get the phone into it one- handed and not an convenient as a pocket on the side of a hip. Oh, and when you bend over, the material maintains opacity...... no one can see your underwear through it. I wash them in cool on gentle cycle and hang them to dry, which takes less time than a pair of twill pants. Already I aim to buy another pair in the thunder grey color. Even without a side pocket, I would give these more than 5 stars if that were an option.

I LOVE the Calia Women ’s Cold Dash 1/4 Zip. I got the black in the medium size. I normally wear a small but the description said it is fitted, which it is, and I didn ’ t want a tight fit. This fits me exactly the way I want it too. It is nicely tailored but not skin tight. I am 5 ’ 6 ” and about 128 pounds. Previously, my favorite athletic 1/4 zip jacket was a black one with a back pocket that holds my phone. I had looked everywhere, unsuccessfully, for another until now. This jacket has a very nicely placed pocket in the back that holds my phone very comfortably during my daily morning 2 to 3 mile walks. The jacket also has reflecting lines on the back that serve their purpose when needed but still look fashionable at all times. One more thing worth mentioning is the nice long sleeves with the thumb hole…. perfect for cooler mornings when I may choose to use them. The sleeves are plenty long for my long arms. I ask for duofold wool and cotton combos, but they are impossible top find anymore. Ny wife gave me two pairs of the Platinum II Pants from ColdPruf for Christmas. They have the same insulation value as the duofold but are less bulky, and much more comfortable due to the merino wool. I like these better than my underarmor, too, easier on and off. Kudos for a fine product.

I love these pants! With the cold weather approaching fast, I 've been wearing them almost every day at the crag. They are a great layer to belay in. I usually just throw them on over my leggings, take them off right before I start climbing, and throw them back on once I return to the ground. The stretchdown material is super durable, so I never have to worry about snagging or ripping a hole in them, and the stretch factor is insane! They are the most comfortable puffy pant I 've had thus far. The whole stretchdown line has proven to withstand a sport climbing season in the Red and a bouldering season in Chattanooga, so I do n't expect anything less from these pants. I recommend going up one size so they can fit over your pants/leggings comfortably. I usually wear leggings so going up one size was enough for me.

This will be my first winter working as an apprentice ski guide in the PNW, and I ca n't wait to have this in my pack for big days and overnights! I ordered a medium- long and love the fit- usually somewhere between 8- 10 in women's pants, but the long inseam is a must and I LOVE that MHW offers this- I will usually look here first for new pants for any season because of this option. The elastic ankles are a little tight but fit well inside of rubber/rain/snow boots well. Thrilled with the pockets- the zippered pocket is big enough for a phone or a wallet and the hand pockets are toasty warm. Also love the integrated belt closure and design of the waist in general- no bunchy or tight elastic but a snug fit if adjusted so. I 've found stretch- down to be very durable, read: sitting on wood rounds, on a rough hut bench, tailgate- not an issue. With the excellent durability and comfortable fit I will be taking this pants with me on several overnights in huts this winter and definitely on any winter- camp/ski trips. I have wanted puffy pants for YEARS, truly. I also haven ’ t trusted myself to buy them. I knew that I ’ d singe a burn hole within a week of owning them and feathers would go flying. Enter the puffy pants of my dreams — the Stretchdown Pants. As a female backpacking guide throughout the winter, it ’s really difficult to keep my hips warm. Traditional insulated pants are often quick to rip and tear. I can not hype these pants up enough. I got a small/long, and was a bit nervous about the fit( I usually wear size 4- 6, but it ’s hard to find pants with enough length). They fit perfect! The stretch- when fabric is durable when making dinner around a fire or setting up my sleeping bag in the desert. The pockets are deep enough to actually store things in. and the waist band is sung without being too tight! The insulation is amazing. We ’ ve had several early coId, wet fronts blow through Utah, and I have been continually impressed by these pants. I feel toasty in below freezing temps. Loved putting these pants on after a long day of hiking and instantly feeling cozy. It's like a pillow hugging your legs. What more could you ask for?! I got these a week ago and practically lived in them for the first few days. I 'm a yogi, hiker and CA Naturalist, and I use my gear to hike, practice yoga and camp in the northern California coastal area. I 'm usually a medium, and I ordered a medium short. I 'm 5' 7 '' and have a 32 '' waist and 39 '' hips, and these are too short for me but fit well with an inch or so of room to spare around the waist. I ordered short because I generally like pants to stop at my ankle and not be bunchy at the bottom. Given these pants are insulating, I wish I had gotten the regular inseam to keep my ankles warmer. When walking, they rise up about 3 inches from the ankle to almost calf with each step. Total customer error. I really love the insulation of the down and comfort and flexibility of the Stretchdown material. I 'm able to explore full range of motion for yoga in these pants. and they 're so soft and cozy. The fact that the down insulation is Bluesign( sustainable materials) approved and RDS( responsible down certified) is a total plus. RDS down supports animal welfare by supporting more ethical raising of geese or ducks and forbids live plucking of down feathers. The pants actually came with a tag which included a QR code to trace the down, share information about the insulation and its origin. The pants come with deep hand pockets and an elastic band around the ankles and waist along with a cinching belt around the waist to secure them. I 'm excited to get up early for morning yoga and hikes because I 'm so cozy in these pants.

I ’ m a backcountry Ski Patroller that teaches Outdoor Emergency Care and Avalanche Classes in the Rocky Mountains. I need my gear to perform both while patrolling and teaching classes, which usually involves temperature extremes and a lot of transitions between high output activities like skinning and digging and rest periods during transitions and lecture/discussion. If you are planning on always using them as a layer while skiing, you might want to go with something ¾ length, but for versatility and comfort, these are the move. It is quite warm does a great job; I generally wear a L but went for the Medium here based on the recommendation that this would be slightly bigger than a regular sized one and I did n't plan on having multiple layers under it. If layering under it, then go for the regular size. It is heavier than my L Arcteryx Cerium LT, which will be my go to for packing and traveling. But overall, very pleased with what this does.

The softshell material on these trousers is indeed thicker than the standard Keb Agile, and thicker still than standard Kebs. The brushed interior is softer than both Keb variants as well. Additionally, the softshell material runs the entire length of the trousers, and the G- 1000 panels are sewn over top of it; no more chilly knees! The boot hook is back, thankfully. I did have to go one size up from my usual, `` non- improved fit '' size of Keb Agiles. These really hit that sweet spot for winter activities, stoked to put them to the test in the mountains of New Hampshire this winter.

[ This is absolutely one of my favorite Nike products that I own. I love the length of this coat. I am a short girl( 5 ’ 4 ”) and it hits me perfectly on my thighs. I also feel like even if you were tall that it would still cover your bottom at the very least. The arm length is also perfect for me, not too long. The material for this is unmatched. It ’s so cozy and stretches with you when you move so you don ’ t feel like a penguin. It repels rain and snow and dries off quickly. It also does a great job at keeping you warm! The zipper is easy to use and zips up to your face if you want it to. The coat is flexible enough that if you don ’ t zip it that far the top edges of the zipper aren ’ t sticking you in the face. I can ’ t say enough great things about this parka. I can ’ t see myself wearing anything else for a very long time. This is not a stiff puffer coat, it is very pliable.

It is soft and allows me to move freely making it perfect for really any situation. I am even considering using it for my next snowboarding trip. I love the fact that it is longer and covers part of my legs because it truly helps keep my entire body warm but does n't restrict my movement or range of motion at all. While it is a thicker jacket it is n't heavy in the sense that it wo n't weigh you down. The fabric has a small shine, which is probably the only thing on the parka that I would change. For me, it is n't a reason to not wear the parka just me being critical of a very small detail. I would absolutely recommend this parka to anyone who is looking for a lightweight coat to keep you warm in a very chilly situation.

[ This parka will allow you to be outside in ANY cold weather environment. This may be the warmest parka/coat I 've ever tried. It is very long, which provides great protection from elements such as wind, rain or ice but still allows you to move around comfortably in it. The material is very soft but durable, and seems as though it would be difficult to tear/puncture. I would also like to add that it does seem to run a little big, but it may fit better once you are layered up for colder elements, depending on what exactly you wear under it.
