I LOVE the Calia Women ’s Cold Dash 1/4 Zip. I got the black in the medium size. I normally wear a small but the description said it is fitted, which it is, and I didn ’ t want a tight fit. This fits me exactly the way I want it too. It is nicely tailored but not skin tight. I am 5 ’ 6 ” and about 128 pounds. Previously, my favorite athletic 1/4 zip jacket was a black one with a back pocket that holds my phone. I had looked everywhere, unsuccessfully, for another until now. This jacket has a very nicely placed pocket in the back that holds my phone very comfortably during my daily morning 2 to 3 mile walks. The jacket also has reflecting lines on the back that serve their purpose when needed but still look fashionable at all times. One more thing worth mentioning is the nice long sleeves with the thumb hole…. perfect for cooler mornings when I may choose to use them. The sleeves are plenty long for my long arms. I love these pants! With the cold weather approaching fast, I 've been wearing them almost every day at the crag. They are a great layer to belay in. I usually just throw them on over my leggings, take them off right before I start climbing, and throw them back on once I return to the ground. The stretchdown material is super durable, so I never have to worry about snagging or ripping a hole in them, and the stretch factor is insane! They are the most comfortable puffy pant I 've had thus far. The whole stretchdown line has proven to withstand a sport climbing season in the Red and a bouldering season in Chattanooga, so I do n't expect anything less from these pants. I recommend going up one size so they can fit over your pants/leggings comfortably. I usually wear leggings so going up one size was enough for me.

This will be my first winter working as an apprentice ski guide in the PNW, and I ca n't wait to have this in my pack for big days and overnights! I ordered a medium- long and love the fit- usually somewhere between 8- 10 in women's pants, but the long inseam is a must and I LOVE that MHW offers this- I will usually look here first for new pants for any season because of this option. The elastic ankles are a little tight but fit well inside of rubber/rain/snow boots well. Thrilled with the pockets- the zippered pocket is big enough for a phone or a wallet and the hand pockets are toasty warm. Also love the integrated belt closure and design of the waist in general- no bunchy or tight elastic but a snug fit if adjusted so. I 've found stretch- down to be very durable, read: sitting on wood rounds, on a rough hut bench, tailgate- not an issue. With the excellent durability and comfortable fit I will be taking this pants with me on several overnights in huts this winter and definitely on any winter- camp/ski trips. Best attempt at down pants I 've seen so far...

I have wanted puffy pants for YEARS, truly. I also haven ’ t trusted myself to buy them. I knew that I ’ d singe a burn hole within a week of owning them and feathers would go flying. Enter the puffy pants of my dreams — the Stretchdown Pants. As a female backpacking guide throughout the winter, it ’s really difficult to keep my hips warm. Traditional insulated pants are often quick to rip and tear. I can not hype these pants up enough. I got a small/long, and was a bit nervous about the fit( I usually wear size 4- 6, but it ’s hard to find pants with enough length). They fit perfect! The stretch- when fabric is durable when making dinner around a fire or setting up my sleeping bag in the desert. The pockets are deep enough to actually store things in. and the waist band is sung without being too tight! The insulation is amazing. We ’ ve had several early coId, wet fronts blow through Utah, and I have been continually impressed by these pants. I feel toasty in below freezing temps. I got these a week ago and practically lived in them for the first few days. I 'm a yogi, hiker and CA Naturalist, and I use my gear to hike, practice yoga and camp in the northern California coastal area. I 'm usually a medium, and I ordered a medium short. I 'm 5' 7 '' and have a 32 '' waist and 39 '' hips, and these are too short for me but fit well with an inch or so of room to spare around the waist. I ordered short because I generally like pants to stop at my ankle and not be bunchy at the bottom. Given these pants are insulating, I wish I had gotten the regular inseam to keep my ankles warmer. When walking, they rise up about 3 inches from the ankle to almost calf with each step. Total customer error. I really love the insulation of the down and comfort and flexibility of the Stretchdown material. I 'm able to explore full range of motion for yoga in these pants. and they 're so soft and cozy. The fact that the down insulation is Bluesign( sustainable materials) approved and RDS( responsible down certified) is a total plus. RDS down supports animal welfare by supporting more ethical raising of geese or ducks and forbids live plucking of down feathers. The pants actually came with a tag which included a QR code to trace the down, share information about the insulation and its origin. The pants come with deep hand pockets and an elastic band around the ankles and waist along with a cinching belt around the waist to secure them. I 'm excited to get up early for morning yoga and hikes because I 'm so cozy in these pants.

I ’ m a backcountry Ski Patroller that teaches Outdoor Emergency Care and Avalanche Classes in the Rocky Mountains. I need my gear to perform both while patrolling and teaching classes, which usually involves temperature extremes and a lot of transitions between high output activities like skinning and digging and rest periods during transitions and lecture/discussion. I also need gear that is durable and can withstand several days in a row of use and abuse. I ’ m usually a small, but have long legs( a 34 ” inseam) so I got the Small Longs and they fit great. I ’ ve been on the hunt for a cozy pair of down pants that I can use for really cold days in the field and as a quick way to warm up after skiing, and the Stretchdown pants have filled this need for me. They are my new go to for after teaching or patrolling because they are both warm( thanks to the down insulation) and incredibly comfortable. I ’ ve worn down pants in the past that were bulky and slippery, but the way these are stitched keeps them relatively low profile and the stretchy fabric is soft and quieter. The full length is great for cozy comfort, and the ankle cuffs are stretchy enough that I can pull them up over my calf so that I can still wear them with ski boots. These pants are great for anyone that needs a warm, down base layer for cold winter missions or winter camping as well as people like me that want something toasty and comfortable to throw on after a day on the slopes. If you are planning on always using them as a layer while skiing, you might want to go with something ¾ length, but for versatility and comfort, these are the move. They ’ ve also become a desert trip staple for during the off- season when I need something warm for hanging by the fire after the sun goes down.

Bought this parka and did a ton of research on other brands as well. I wanted the most bang for my buck and I feel that this parka had the best quality and features for the cost! I love how it isn ’ t super tight on your body and overstimulating with other layers. It fits really well with thick base layers or thin layers underneath and greta for both cold and mild temps. Very durable thus far!

I love this coat. I bought this recently when temps were regularly in the low 20s to low 30s and with a base layer and mid layer, it was perfect. Love the pockets for storage but also ones at the waist for your hands. Nice to have the drawstring at the waist and hood for cinching. The only slight downside is the Velcro on the head to pull back the hood from drooping over your eyes is placed a little too high; I have the very bottom edge of the Velcro used to keep the fur just at the top of my eyesight, so I have a feeling at some point I may be amending this with my own attachable Velcro. Quality materials and well worth the price. So glad this works in cold temps( that I ’ m used to experiencing!) but also something I can wear in the more typically mild- ish winters I ’ m used to, which are upper 30s to mid 40s.

The fit is comparable to other OR jackets, maybe just slightly roomier for an extra layer. I am 5 ’ 10 ”, 145 lbs, and the small fits well though the sleeves could use an extra 1/2 ” or so

It is quite warm does a great job; I generally wear a L but went for the Medium here based on the recommendation that this would be slightly bigger than a regular sized one and I did n't plan on having multiple layers under it. If layering under it, then go for the regular size. It is heavier than my L Arcteryx Cerium LT, which will be my go to for packing and traveling. But overall, very pleased with what this does.

I have only had this coat for a few weeks but I have used it in sub zero temperatures, snow and rain. It kept me warm and dry. This jacket is much roomier than your typical hoody jacket from other brands. I can easily wear sweatshirts and other layers underneath if needed. It does run big, which is great so you can layer underneath the vest and easily wear it with a sweatshirt. I love the two- way zipper so I can unzip the legs and have more movement in the vest. Is super comfortable and the waist synch does give it some form even though it is an oversized look. I appreciate that they lined the pockets with nice, soft fabric. Why do designers put cold pockets in a warm coat? Who knows, but you don ’ t have to worry about that with this vest! Also, fits wonderfully long on my tall frame. These are the most versatile winter pants I 've ever owned. The combination of breathable and fleecy warm fabric makes them wearable while traveling and perfect for most any winter adventure when you arrive. I 've worn them cross country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking, kayaking, and on the plane home. Layer on rain pants and and you' r good for almost any winter conditions. I use these pants when hiking and camping in cold/damp weather. The fleece liner feels so comfy against the legs, and the outer shell is durable. These pants are extremely flattering, but I am not a curvy girl... I 'm more straight- shaped. I could see why a curvy figure would have some issues with the waistband. I am in the outdoors all the time for work, and these are a go- to pair for me in the colder and shoulder months. I will be buying more.

I previously bought OR's Methow legging and loved them too, but these pants are even better. They are nice and stretchy, just like the Ferossi pants, but with fleece lining to keep you warm when cold weather hiking. I love the fit-- they have a slightly high waist, which was not obvious to me from the pictures, and I like that so much better than the low rise I find on most hiking pants. Another reviewer complained about the fit, but for me, a more curvy gal, the fit was perfect. I also love the side pockets, including one zippered one. They stretch a bit when wearing them so if you are between sizes, considered the lower size. I will definitely be ordering another pair and wearing these throughout the winter.

The softshell material on these trousers is indeed thicker than the standard Keb Agile, and thicker still than standard Kebs. The brushed interior is softer than both Keb variants as well. Additionally, the softshell material runs the entire length of the trousers, and the G- 1000 panels are sewn over top of it; no more chilly knees! The boot hook is back, thankfully. I did have to go one size up from my usual, `` non- improved fit '' size of Keb Agiles. These really hit that sweet spot for winter activities, stoked to put them to the test in the mountains of New Hampshire this winter.

[ This is absolutely one of my favorite Nike products that I own. I love the length of this coat. I am a short girl( 5 ’ 4 ”) and it hits me perfectly on my thighs. I also feel like even if you were tall that it would still cover your bottom at the very least. The arm length is also perfect for me, not too long. The material for this is unmatched. It ’s so cozy and stretches with you when you move so you don ’ t feel like a penguin. It repels rain and snow and dries off quickly. It also does a great job at keeping you warm! The zipper is easy to use and zips up to your face if you want it to. The coat is flexible enough that if you don ’ t zip it that far the top edges of the zipper aren ’ t sticking you in the face. I can ’ t say enough great things about this parka. I can ’ t see myself wearing anything else for a very long time. This is not a stiff puffer coat, it is very pliable.

The design aligns with the Nike outerwear aesthetics and has been identified as the best outerwear for winter. The fabric is very similar to a bubble jacket that ’s padded and provides warmth in the cold weather. The side pockets and length of the jacket are two of the most desirable features of the jacket and it hits right at my knees because I ’ m not as tall but it definitely gets the job done. If I could change anything i would write Nike in cursive on right side by the shoulder blade. I can ’ t wait to wear this jacket in the fall and winter season and get good use out of it.

[ This parka is so comfortable! Living in a warmer climate I do n't require a parka for everyday use but when I do need a coat to keep me warm this is my new go- to. It is soft and allows me to move freely making it perfect for really any situation. I am even considering using it for my next snowboarding trip. I love the fact that it is longer and covers part of my legs because it truly helps keep my entire body warm but does n't restrict my movement or range of motion at all. While it is a thicker jacket it is n't heavy in the sense that it wo n't weigh you down. The fabric has a small shine, which is probably the only thing on the parka that I would change. For me, it is n't a reason to not wear the parka just me being critical of a very small detail. I would absolutely recommend this parka to anyone who is looking for a lightweight coat to keep you warm in a very chilly situation.

[ I was pleasantly surprised by how well this jacket fits me. It's true to size, but it is a bit long on me because I 'm on the shorter side. However, I like the longer fit. The jacket is warm, and the hood is bigger, which is great because I usually struggle to find something that covers my hair. With this jacket, I can easily put my hair in a bun with no problem. The design is simple, but I wish the pockets were bigger to accommodate the length. I love the longer length of this jacket because it makes it more fun to wear and helps me stay dry while looking cool!

[ This parka will allow you to be outside in ANY cold weather environment. This may be the warmest parka/coat I 've ever tried. It is very long, which provides great protection from elements such as wind, rain or ice but still allows you to move around comfortably in it. The material is very soft but durable, and seems as though it would be difficult to tear/puncture. I would also like to add that it does seem to run a little big, but it may fit better once you are layered up for colder elements, depending on what exactly you wear under it. I would likely need to size down. Overall, this parka is a definite WIN!

[ This parka is so warm& cozy! It feels like I ’ m wearing a puffy cloud blanket and I love it! The design is oversized so if you prefer a more fitted look I would size down. Being oversized is great for layering though in the cold winter months. I love the long parka length to keep my whole body warm. The fabric is quilted and repels water which is good for rainy/snowy climate. Overall, this is an amazing jacket but if I could change anything I wish it had a removable hood.
