My head is on the big side, and this hat is perfectly roomy and comfortable. It ’s great for summer! I wear it in the pool to keep the sun out of my eyes, and it dries quickly and the chlorine hasn ’ t caused any discoloration. Best hat I ever had. Wife says it looks great. I did have to size up 1/4( from 7- 3/8 to 7- 5/8) since these hats are size specific and tend to run a tad small. Unless you have purchased Tilley previously, you should go into a store to try it on.

I LOVE THIS HAT! I have it in all three colors and it is my favorite hat! the brim is large enough in front to cover my face from the sun and long enough in the back to cover my neck! Just right! I wore it while geoducking and everyone loved it! I like all three colors, but I wish the Opal one had a flowered lining like the black and blue ones do! I love this hat!!! It is my favorite Sunday Afternoons and I have many others. The only negative is it runs a little small. One Size. After stetching out the elastic band by pulling on it hard repeatedly, it fits comfortably. My head measures 22 1/4 '' around. Now I love it. Good sunblock and better looking than some of the others. I bought the cream with the black band. I would buy the blue and black too but I hate the multi print on the inside of the brim. If they came in plain black on the underside like the cream, I would buy both other colors. Why the multi print? Looks old- ladyish! Please offer all colors with a plain black under side of brim!!! An addendum to my review the black hat should have either solid black trim or back and white, like black and white stripes on the band with black solid under brim for shade protection. The red multi print is aweful!!!
