Went hiking in the Lake District and discovered my abisko tights were too large. Fortunately, I found a Fjallraven vendor and found these tights, which turned out perfect as I need a bit more insulation. I love the feel of these. They kept me warm on some pretty brutal days. They dry quickly. I am absolutely in love with Fjallraven tights, and these are a new favorite.

First let me say that I 'm not a person who wears tights- never have been- but these have changed my mind. I was on the fence about ordering for the longest time and I 'm so glad I finally did. They are thick enough that they feel more like pants to me and oh, so comfortable. The waistband is high, but not too high and the overall fit is just perfect. The leg pockets are deep and secure and the reflective piping at the ankles is a really nice touch. I had thought I might need to wear long underwear with them to be warm enough, but the wind proof panels are a life saver and they are plenty warm if you keep moving.(* An added bonus is that dog hair does not stick to them!) I 'm 5' 6, 140 lbs, average build and the Medium fits perfectly( In the Keb's I wear a 38EU)

I hear a lot of reviews saying they are roomy in the butt and thighs… a dream for big butted adventurers like me! I typically struggle with adventure gear only working for athletic builds, but these fit great! I have a big waist to hip difference and there is a cinch to help keep the waist tight. The rise is great, goes up to my belly button. I got a size large so they wouldn ’ t be tight in the butt or thighs and they drape beautifully, with plenty of room for base layers. If you ’ re a curvy gal these are for you!

I purchased these for a trip to Finland next January. I love the fit and feel of these pants, They are lightweight and stretchy, which will allow for ease of movement. Also, for traveling, they fit into a small packing cube. I think they will be excellent as a midlayer in Finland's winter temperatures. I use these pants when hiking and camping in cold/damp weather. The fleece liner feels so comfy against the legs, and the outer shell is durable. These pants are extremely flattering, but I am not a curvy girl... I 'm more straight- shaped. I could see why a curvy figure would have some issues with the waistband. I am in the outdoors all the time for work, and these are a go- to pair for me in the colder and shoulder months. I will be buying more.

They probably are n't as waterproof as other higher price point pants, but I am super happy with them and love the stylish quilting. I ordered a L because I wanted a baggier look and if I had had time to exchange, I would 've sized down.
