I bought several pairs of these pants about a month ago. I have been a horse trainer most of my life and wore blue jeans. But I am now working doing farm maintenance in Florida where it becomes very hot in the summer. I found the blue jeans to be quite hot and was looking for an alternative. They needed to be durable but lightweight and comfortable but also have lots of pockets. I didn ’ t know these pants existed until I saw them in Dick ’s Sporting Goods. I have to say these have checked all the boxes. They seem to be durable but they are lightweight and have lots of pockets. Seeing as they do not have belt loops for a belt, it ’s difficult to use the holster for my phone. I find the front pockets to be convenient to put my phone in along other essentials such as pocket knife or keys. I love the fact that they have zippers so you don ’ t have to worry about items falling out of the pockets. There are two rear pockets similar to what you would find on blue jeans. There are also narrow pockets lower on legs that I find quite handy. There are also loops for tools such as a hammer. These pants are exactly what I was looking for. I find the sizing to be accurate, and I find them to be very comfortable.

LOVE these pants. They actually have room for your thighs! I find that the regular Carhartt double- front pants are way too tight, even when I size up several sizes. These are the most perfect pants I 've worn in over 20 years. They actually fit correctly and are properly high waisted, and as such can easily be dressed up; but are also entirely functional for work. All the while they are still wide enough to accommodate truly muscular thighs, they have a clean cut through the leg that you can even fit a pair of half chaps on top of them to ride in them! Furthermore, I expect them to break in fantastically as they 're a study weave of 100% cotton. I am so happy I snagged the last pair in a size that would accommodate my hips, but I regret not being able to semi- stockpile these! They are fantastic, and particularly left- hand friendly. The waist band allows some gap to accommodate natural movement but, I have it pinched in with a stretchy belt, as can be seen in my photos. However, the belt is not needed so long as the pants fit your hips. I could go on? I want more of these, and others `` like '' them.

Wonderful twill pants. I thought they were 100% cotton but it looks like they ’ re 98% cotton, but they fit great and don ’ t feel like they ’ ll stretch out too much even with a 2% stretch. I ordered an XL but probably could ’ ve have went with a large, since the crotch is a bit big. 5 ’ 8 170lbs

Love the new Tiller Jean! The length is perfect for a boot cut. I 'm 5' 7 but have a high waist so always need a longer length. The Regular Length in the Tiller looks awesome! I bought these a month ago in every colour. They are now the only pant I wear. Currently on day 4 of wearing the black ones every day on a wet Oregon coast trip. They repel water, brush clean and are not stinky! The fit also stays true- no stretch or pilling. I am in love with these. I am 5 ’ 4 apple shaped and normally wear a 20W pant. These fit perfectly. The 30 ” inseam is perfect. I wish the non- straight version was offered in multiple inseam length for plus size. Also- more colors for plus please. We have money and will spend it on quality products.

I ’ ve been looking for flattering outdoor plus size pants for so long and cried when I found these. I was worried they would be a slim 22 since I ’ m on the upper end of my weight range& this being an outdoor brand, but they fit and look so good!! Plus they are way more comfortable than I expected. The material is light and soft, the length is perfect with boots since I have a 29 inch inseam, and there ’s even some stretch over time. I ’ m so so happy& would/will probably buy again.

Great material, I like all the improvements done to the pockets and to the roll up legs. Material is a little thinner than past models but this only improves the fit and stretch. They are still very durable. Great fit and very comfortable. Should be noted that these are sized a little differently, They are a whole size smaller than my Halle Pants from previous seasons, but both my size 18 and size 20 fit exactly the same! Minor issue, the pants themselves go from hiking to office casual with ease. I will never stop buying these so long as they fit me.;)

For context I am 5 ’ 3 ” 130 lbs with a small waist but a large bum. I ’ m a typical size SMALL in most all brands for both tops and bottoms. I originally purchased the size small and was dismayed at how large they were on me! But the length was perfect. I think ever since Mountain Hardwear was purchased by Columbia?, the sizing has become inconsistent. Luckily it seems that the quality of material is still there. I then purchased the XS. The fit seemed like it would be tight, but once I pulled it over my bum, fits comfortable and snug- however- the length is noticeably shorter- almost like “ petite ” sizing, which is disappointing. I will keep this pair though, as I mentioned, they are still good quality pants for winter!

Love theses pants. All purpose. I wear them at work as an ICU Physician, traveling, hiking and for lounging. They wash easy and dry fast. They have just enough stretch to be comfortable but not too much to become baggy or fall off. Have them in several colors and highly recommend!

Longtime user of the Halle Straight Pant( in almost every color made)... its durability, reliability, hydrophobic, quick dry features have NEVER let me down. Figured I 'd give the Halle AT( all terrain) pant a try- ordered before an adventure trip to Santa Cruz( redwoods, and hiking, and ocean water; oh my!) and exclaimed out- loud how comfortable the AT pants are! Just the right amount of fabric reinforcement for a more physical hike, or casual fall/winter wear. Now I have another product to collect in all colors...
