Had a FitBit years back for the purpose of tracking steps to keep healthy. Seriously think the item never tracked accurately. Came across Casio G- Shock watch/ Digital step tracker. 1st off, for Me not being a `` Watch '' person, I thought I would have a difficult time adjusting to it. NO. Very comfortable band, do n't really know it's there, seems to be tracking steps well. Appears more accurate than FitBit. Seeing the numbers also helps motivate for more steps if you 're short of your goal.:)

We used to use expensive and cumbersome laser gate systems to time our athletes which took way too much time to set up. We now switched over to the SKLZ Hyper Speed and it is so easy to use. All you need is your phone, the sensor and the band, and the compact tripod it comes with. Instead of testing day being an entire event, or if I just want to time my sons 40yrd, it now is extremely quick and efficient to do. All I do is open the app, connect the sensor, and we can time all of our sprints and agility drills. We also use the Hyper Speed to track Vertical Jump for our athletes. So quick and efficient to use we recommend this for all parents, athletes, and coaches trying to see the athletes results and help them achieve those throught their training.

I got my WHOOP 4. 0 from Dick ’s Sporting Goods and I haven ’ t shut up about it since... so I 'm PUMPED for this new device!!! Seriously. Ask my friends, my coworkers, or the cashier at Dunkin ’. This thing tracks my sleep, strain, recovery, and possibly my soul. Before WHOOP, I was staying up late, eating snacks like a raccoon, and thinking 3 hours of sleep was “ plenty. ” Now? I just made the switch from an Apple Watch( I broke the screen 3x before realizing the Apple Watch wasn ’ t for me) to the Garmin Forerunner 165. Like all new tech, it took me about 3 days to start enjoying my new watch. Watching YouTube videos really sped up that process. Now I love it. I love the garmin app on my phone, especially the workouts that they suggest for me. The battery life is great, and customizing the face of the watch was my favorite part. Getting all the information that I want right away has been enjoyable. I was also worried about it being waterproof, but I ’ ve been in the pool 3x and haven ’ t had any issues. So far I ’ m a happy customer. Thank you!

The Garmin 965 is the perfect watch for those who want to get into any activity, indoors or outdoors, but who does n't want the full suite of features the Fenix series offers. Since buying and setting up this watch, I have only had to charge it a handful of times. The touchscreen is super useful to be interacting with all of the features on the AMOLED screen. The stress and heartrate monitoring while I 'm sleeping is really nice too. Now that the 970 is out, this is an excellent deal if you can find one on- sale!

I had an Apple Watch for years. I used it for tracking cycling, running, and swimming. The battery life was declining and needed to be charged twice a day. I ’ ve had the garmin for a month now and love it! I have used it to track running, cycling, hiking, swimming, and sleep. I ’ m very impressed with the tracking abilities and the garmin app that tracks health. The battery life is insane. I have probably only charged it three times in the last month. The garmin watch is a perfect fitness tracker!

Upgraded from my Fenix 7 to get the full color display. Much more vibrant and readable, with excellent battery life( about 3 weeks with moderate GPS use). As with prior models, it is a bit of a chore to get the menus, display fields, and the watch face customized to your liking, but after that, it just works, with excellent functionality. Main hesitation in recommending it is just the price. Unless you use the microphone/speaker functions( which I do only occasionally) the main upgrade from recent models is the display and battery life.

All the functions I expected and love, plus the functionality of the touch screen, and voice recognition is definitely worth the upgrade!

[ Bought this last month. First of, MJ was great in replacing the first unit I received, which had clearly been used( likely prior buyer had returned it after wearing it). The unit I received as replacement has been phenomenal. Very user- friendly, awesome battery life, and what is impressing me so far is that Coros is very actively improving its features. Just this week they started rolling out turn- by turn navigation. While music functionality is somewhat limited right now( only storage of MP3s on the watch itself I have no doubt this will keep getting better as well. But even if not this watch will serve me very well for running, cycling, swimming, indoor rowing, and many other things for years to come.

[ i did my homework before i bought the Coros Apex 2 watch, so i thought i knew what to expect when it arrived a few weeks ago. i expected the battery life to be longer than most watches that this compares to. i expected that the Apex 2 would have all the features i needed as an avid mountain biker. this watch is more than that. the watch is lighter and more compact than i thought it would be. i am not sure how they are able to provide the functions and battery life in a smaller lighter package. i definitely have no regrets with this watch and i look forward to all the adventures that i will take it on with me.

While a Garmin is still not as “ smart ” as an Apple Watch, the fenix 8 amoled is starting to play in the same ball park. I ’ ve been very happy to return to Garmin for the sport functions after several years with Apple Watch and AWU. The battery life is still unmatched.
5
Ian M
I bought the Fenix 8 after a couple of less- than- optimal experiences with competitor products. After several months with the watch, I am convinced that there is not a more thoughtfully designed sports watch on the market. Everything on this watch just works, and Garmin has thought of everything. Even small details like the watch automatically ejecting water from the speaker after a watersports activity speak to the level of detail that Garmin focused on when designing this watch. The software is fast and fluid, the screen is brilliant, and the health and exercise data collected is precise and presented in a useful and palatable format. The only thing that I feel could use some improvement with the watch is that when I take a phone call from the watch, there is evidently a lot of microphone feedback, as in people talking to me through my watch hear a significant echo of everything they say. Overall, an excellent watch that I feel is well worth the higher price tag.
5

From backpacking, to running, to working out, this watch does it all. Instead of asking what this watch can do, the better question is what can it NOT do. The battery life is amazing and the GPS capabilities are unmatched. The AMOLED face is super bright even in the direct sunlight. Definitely not a watch that a beginner would need, but an amazing tool for an avid explorer and athlete!

I 've been using my Instinct E for about a month and so far, so good! Its predecessor, a Forerunner 45, served me well for about five years, but it was getting difficult to charge( I think it was the contact points, but not really sure). I bought this watch having come from the original Instinct that I ’ ve had since 2018. It ’s been a great watch. I like that it has the connect IQ to change watches faces. It is also a sharper display. The E has all the features I need. Most of the general population that buys these are not doing extreme hiking or marathons and therefore the E has enough for the gen pop. What I think they dropped the ball on is still having a two week battery. It ’s the same battery life as my original instinct. They cheaped out on that. It ’s should be at least a month battery. The only other “ like ” I would want is to have the torch( flash light) on this one. Outside of that. I really like the watch.

Sturdy and robust design built for the hardships of everyday wear in all conditions. Great fitness tracking, gps, sleep monitoring, and the flashlight is awesome. UI is kind of weird like in most garmin products but the button interface makes it friendlier than most. Best suited for the committed adventurer and athlete. The solar display is less vibrant so watch faces can be a bit dull, the simpler face the better.

If you want a watch that can track any activity and has a battery last for weeks look no further. This watch does it all, with accurate GPS tracking and long battery life it is perfect for my uses. I mainly use it for running and cycling and its amazing. While this has all the bells and whistles it is definetley meant for the more serious consumer. It may be too much for the beginner with the price.

Jeremy S
The battery life is great on it, using this watch for all around activities but tracking your runs are great, I love that the screen is pretty much unbreakable and that the bezel doesn ’ t catch too much light causing glare. Very simple to use out the box, and recommended to set it up on the app for a quicker and easier set up. Don ’ t think about buying it. Just buy it. Did my research and the cheapest place I found it was on here.

I had bought this watch after owning the Fenix 5x Plus Sapphire and then the Venu 3. I did like the Fenix 5x Plus but did n't love it. So, I thought the Venu 3 would fill the void that was present on the 5x Plus, it did not. The Epix Pro Gen 2 Sapphire has everything that's missing in the Fenix 5x Plus and Venu 3. This watch is a beast and has helped me track everything from hiking, walking, and bicycling with great accuracy. It has the color touch of the Venu 3 but maps and many other features of the Fenix 5x Plus. Just an all around wonderful watch!

The watch is so packed with features it is diffuse to know if I am fully utilizing it. This is my first Garmin and a multi year Apple Watch user. Solely battery capacity makes this watch superior. I have been wearing for 3 weeks. Haven ’ t really used the maps much, which was my primary reason for getting this model. Probably could have gone with the Instinct 2 or 3. Seems like functionality is the mostly the same, minus mapping. But again I am still learning the watch.

Lots of features that ultimately keep you more motivated. It becomes a quest to `` feed '' the computer in order to see more metrics. Thisin turn increases your workload. I ’ ve used the Garmin Epyx 2nd Gen for two years, and when mine had an issue, Garmin replaced it — no questions asked. But more importantly, this watch isn ’ t just smart — it ’s built for real- life survival. Unlike the Apple Watch, which dies after a day or so, the Epyx 2 Gen lasts 16 days — with GPS on. That alone puts it in a class of its own. If you ever get lost, your phone and tablet will die fast — but this watch keeps going. That ’s more than convenience — that ’s a lifeline. It ’s got everything you 'd expect from a high- end smartwatch — heart rate, altimeter, compass, sunrise/sunset times, text and call notifications( answerable via earbuds), and yes, music control. But these features aren ’ t what makes it special. What makes it special is that it ’s reliable. It doesn ’ t quit when you need it the most. This isn ’ t a toy or a fashion piece. It ’s a serious tool for people who live active, unpredictable lives. The Epyx 2 isn ’ t just another watch. It ’s peace of mind — on your wrist.

I 've only had this watch for a few weeks, so I have n't had a chance to really test it, but so far, I am very pleased with it. I plan to use this watch to record bicycle trips instead of my older Edge 820. The Epix has profiles for a number of different activities. My main interests are walking/hiking, kayaking, and cycling. My older Garmin Vivoactive 4 did not have a specific kayaking activity; I found this mildly annoying. Now I do n't have this problem since the Epix has a specific kayaking activity.

They are also very durable while I ’ m not one who just throw my clubs in the bag till it bottoms out sometimes they do fall in and hit hard but the sensors continue to work. Even the batteries last pretty long. I first set were Arccos and I had to keep adjusting my hits some would register and some would not so I got tired of that because it was hard to concentrate on my golf game.

Easy to use. Don ’ t interfere with grip or swing. Quickly sync with watch and app. Started with 3 just for wedges. Ended up outfitting all 14 clubs and the foot wedge. No complaints. Another quality Garmin product. Dropped from double bogey to single bogey just by installing them.

Golf Stat
Pick up my love get the ball and it tracks which club on your watch providing you free stats on distance per club, putts, tee shots( left/center/right), chipping, and so much more. I no longer need to select the club I hit on my watch, the automatically identified via the Bluetooth connection feature.

This is really helpful for making sure the clubs that you are using get better data for the Garmin app. I give it 4/5 stars because it doesn ’ t always pick up the puts

I recently purchased these and have used them about 4 times. They work most of the times although there are times I have to log in my shots for wedge and putter but overall they are working well and provide stats that point out progress and need improvements,

I had been using the Garmin Approach S60 for several years and decided to upgrade to the Approach S70. It is a bit pricey, but the many features of the watch along with the `` Virtual Caddie '' and AMOLED display which is brighter and clearer, offering a higher quality viewing experience from any angle, The maps are best- in- class.

I 've hand the S70 for about 3 weeks. Still trying understand all the features and how to make adjustments on the course. The screen is great- bright and clear. Battery life is fantastic. It is a very smart device and with the exception of answering phone calls and responding to texts could replace my Apple Watch

I ’ ve had the watch for a month. It does everything I had hoped for. Some of the golf features are not really intuitive and it has a learning curve. Overall, it ’s been a good purchase

I bought the watch a couple weeks ago and is very easy to use and does n't require much effort. I do think it's helping my game. Also like the health features. I had an Apple Watch and I like this much better.

Re best golf watch
I received this for my birthday and I absolutely love it. As an avid golfer I appreciate it can locate the course via gps and keep a scorecard. It takes the guess work out of how far I am away from the pin.
