The only drawback is that it does take up a good amount of space so when trying to bring the bench up to a cable machine to do lat pull downs, the front bottom of the bench was too long for an effective positioning. I read one product review that was quite concerning when purchasing this product. It seems an unlucky customer's arm bar broke from its weld an he could n't fix it. I have owned it for one month now and love it. It has many functions for a single bench and many ways to get a complete work out. So I still have a concern about the arm bar, however, the previous complainer might have just overloaded it with too much weight. I 'm a low weight, high rep kinda guy.
