I use these boots for work, which typically means walking through streams, wetlands, and all sorts of forests and briars. I wish I had found these earlier! My previous boots were much more bulky in the foot, which is okay for wearing for a short time or distance. These boots are much better for walking a few miles and encountering streams. They had no break- in time( immediately comfortable), and have n't given me blisters like all other boots and many shoes have. My only issue is that the neoprene snagged on a twig and ripped a hole, and I had only worn them a couple times! If this boot came with the tall calf AND thicker neoprene, that would be great!! I need my boots to hold up to thorns etc.

[ Nike Zoom Vomero 5 ’s are currently my favorite Sneakers! I have more than a few colorways. So when I found out that Nike was coming out with a Roam Winterized version I was super excited to see what the silhouette would look like. These do not disappoint! They have the same great fit and feel of the regular Vomero 5 ’s. Very comfortable and super easy to slide on and go. I really like that the laces just have to be tightened and clipped. The materials would be comparable to almost like a rain coat vibe, allowing the outdoor elements to just slide off. The rubber mudguard adds a rain boot aspect without being an actual boot. I ’ m a big fan of a chunky midsole; and the bright yellow on the sole adds a nice pop of color breaking up the neutrality of this colorway. These do feel slightly heavier but not enough to notice as the day goes on. 10/10!!

The only problem is the sizing is not the same from the previous model. My street shoe size is 6. 5 US women. The old model I had to size up a whole shoe size( 7. 5 US women). [ I 've had a few pairs of this shoe for a couple years now and it's the perfect climbing shoe. This model is also an upgrade from the 2018 version. They are technical and a tiny bit aggressive, but still softish. The best part is the closure system. The length of the strap is adjustable, which is amazing because the shoes do stretch a tiny bit as you break them in and they mold to your feet. And even after breaking them in, they 'll be tighter when they 're fully dry and looser when wet from sweat. Being able to adjust the length of the strap is critical and means that I can always have a perfect fit. Speaking of fit, I have narrow, low volume feet and these are one of few shoes that fit me well.( If you have higher volume feet, check out the men's version, Kronos). And they are very comfortable for climbing shoes. The only weird thing about these shoes is the history of the sizing. I had the 2018 model( which was also great) in a size 8, but a size 6 in these fits exactly the same. I 'm not sure why they changed their sizing. My normal street shoe size is 7. 5ish. Overall, these shoes are my absolute favorite and I hope they never get discontinued because they are my forever climbing shoe--- I buy a pair whenever I can get a deal. I wish Evolv made a more aggressive version of the same shoe!

My daughter tends to get hot feet when wearing sneakers and I did notice that her feet did not sweat in these shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was a wider toe base. While they are very flexible and have great heal support, the toe base is slightly more narrow than is preferred for a developing toddler. Overall these sneakers are lightweight and a great choice for a walking toddler.

[ These shoes are perfect for active toddlers! The velcro is strong and easy for little hands to put on themselves. The foam bottom is nice and light for easy movement while being strong enough to withstand daily use. The size 6 fit my two year old well but I expect them to fit for a while with the wide velcro straps. We love them!

Our two year old loves them and independently slips his feet right in them with no problem. They have lace in the front which gives the appearance of a regular pair of shoes despite being more simple to take on and off. The material is lightweight but strong and can repel modest amount of water without becoming soaked. They form well to a person ’s foot and have decent grip with small studs that keep good traction when moving around a lot. The strap at the top opens towards the midline, making it less likely to accidentally open when our son brushes against objects. They also look excellent and the sleek black color makes them somewhat acceptable to wear on even somewhat more classy occasions. The cushioning on the inside of the shoes makes them comfortable to stand in for longer amounts of time without causing fatigue. Maintaining their condition is also quite simple as they can easily be washed without any trouble. Perfect for busy moms and dads with an active child like us. Doesn ’ t matter if he ’s running, skipping, jumping, or kicking, these shoes will get the job done without falling off. Our son has multiple pairs of shoes but always seems to grab these first when it ’s time to go out. I ’ d recommend these shoes to anyone.
