[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

[ Stamina Emotion E1000 is awesome. I love how small and compact it is and how smooth it is when using. It keeps track of distance, time and calories. Also has a tension knob. It ’s great for small places and to use under a desk. Unlike a full size elliptical it ’s easy to bring to any room in my home.

[ The pieces to the equipment were easy to placed together and to follow along with the instructions provided. The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

[ So much fun! I love it! I wish it fit under my desk, but I use it while sitting on the sofa and watching TV. I still need to try the standing option. I 100% recommend it! I love that it has different intensities. I wish it had some sort of mechanism to keep my feet from moving, but so far, so good!

This Strider is worth every single penny, dime, nickel, quarter, dollar, etc that I paid for it. It has gotten me moving in a world where my desk job consumes my time. My kids even love it. With my daughter being a gymnast, she actually loves it to keep her moving on days she's not in training. My sons who are 6 and 4 years old love it as well. I can even get my husband on this thing once in awhile. It has not only enhanced my workout, but just seeing it provides the temptation to workout. It moves like a regular elliptical you see in a gym. I even use my dumbbells with it. I used it not only when sitting but standing as well. I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees. Treadmill is hard on my knees. So I decided to try this under the desk elliptical. I love it. I use it while watching TV. Have no problems with it sliding on the floor with or without carpet. It's very quiet. There's nothing that I do n't like about it. I definitely recommend it.

I was n't for sure, but the sales person was great explaining about and answered all my questions. My husband and myself is using it everyday and it's helping us with his hips and knees and me with my sciatic nerve. I highly recommend it for seniors.
