I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.

Pretty good construction- welds at bar/collar junction seem pretty well done. Hollow but side walls of bar pretty thick. Not sure about weight capacity, but seems like it would do fine with 200- 250 lbs. Definitely increases range of motion. Allows for about 3 '' in grip width variation, so you can emphasize outer lats or nearer to spine pretty effectively. Collar fits perfectly over olympic bar ends. I 've not tried the smaller collar over standard bars, but at least it's an option. Personally, I feel the price for this particular item was a bit high. From my research it was comparable to commercial bars of greater thickness and weight capacity. However, this was readily available and in stock from Dick's, so that became the selling point for me. I would recommend the bar to others, but I would suggest to see if it goes on sale or if a coupon becomes available before purchasing at full price.

[ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. As a matter of strictly personal preference, I would have loved a slightly larger screen but can live with this one. I 've had my rower now for several months and initially had issues with the meter not connecting to the app. I had replaced another rowing machine in favor of this one to specifically connect to the app. Sunny Fitness sent a replacement meter and everything has been working great ever since. The machine is small enough to fit in our small area home gym and is easy to put up out of the way and take back down and move to where I need to for use. It's a basic rower for those wanting to introduce rowing in their fitness plan. I enjoy having rowing as an option in my weekly fitness rotation.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

It ’s great for small places and to use under a desk. Unlike a full size elliptical it ’s easy to bring to any room in my home.

[ The pieces to the equipment were easy to placed together and to follow along with the instructions provided. The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

The entire process has been positive. Ordered, communicated regarding delivery, well packaged. Although its a little intimidating with all the parts laying out, following the video to assemble was problem free. So far really like the set up. Bought a few accessories to make it work for us. No more need for gym membership. Great product.

This rack is great! With one piece of equipment you can do so many things. The only concern is the height of the pull up bar is pretty high so if you have lower ceilings it may not fit.

We 've had our Aviron for 3 years and it's the most consistently used workout equipment we 've ever owned. The best investment in our health that we could make. I 'm a former college athlete heading into middle age, so I still love working hard and being competitive... but I also need to take it a little easier on my knees. With my Aviron rower, I still get to work as hard as I want, participate in competitions, and not worry about hurting because it's low- impact! The countless programs to choose from match whatever mood I 'm in, so I 'm never bored- which had been the bane of every machine we 've had in the past. Rowing solo or with friends, competitive or casual, whatever intensity I choose, achievements and leaderboards, monthly challenges, streaming movies or listening to my playlists, structured programs that take the guesswork out of what to row next, instructor- led or not... The setup is amazingly and extensively diverse. All of these options come with the subscription, but one of the things that made me choose Aviron is the fact that, even without a subscription, you can STILL row metrics. The other smart rowers did not offer that. Theirs are no- subscription= no rowing. I could go on and on, but one more reason I 'll give that makes me continually happy with my purchase is that Aviron asks for our feedback constantly, then several times a year, there are updates adding more programs and features based on our feedback! I 've had the newer model for about 2 months now and it seems great! iFit is iFit so content is all still there( yes it's a subscription but know this going into the purchase). I like how the monitor can rotate facing outward, it's easy to use and not terribly complicated to put together.

I fell in love with rowing the first time I tried it( in a fitness studio)! The only issue was I did n't get to choose how much rowing I 'd be able to do each session and I always wanted more. After a few years of this, I finally decided to buy my own rower. And I love the NordicTrack RW900 Rower! It is very smooth, has lots of workout programs, and a super big monitor. You can choose from so many workouts( in beautiful settings), do your own workout, or set up a program on your own with iFit too. The huge monitor is super nice, making it more fun to do the workout programs( on gorgeous lakes in different places around the world). Or you can watch a movie on the monitor while rowing! There are a couple of things that bother me a little bit though. The seat is a little wobbly and small. And the straps on the foot pads do n't go tight enough if I 'm not wearing the right shoes( ones that have a wide base). But I think the seat is just different than what I 'm used to and I just need to get used to it. I 'm totally fine once I get moving. I do really love having my own rower in my home gym, and there really is n't a better option out there! So I 'm going to continue to row, row, row my boat on this fun piece of equipment! It is just such a good total body workout!

Just purchased, but so far I love it. Very sleek looking. It's also very quiet. Operates smoothly. Only negative so far are the feet clips. My shoes keep pocking out of the heel clips and I have to stop and re- strap them back in. It's very annoying. The backing of the clip should of been like another inch higher to prevent back of shoe from popping out.
