We have used this bat with my daughters hitting coach so we bought one for us to work at home. I really like this bat because there is instant feedback on the hit. There is no way to cheat at the technique. Palm up palm down is a must to hit in the zone. Teaches hands inside and in front the ball and works great with one hand drills. The squish balls work the best with this but we have been using tennis balls. No hard balls! Don ’ t worry about the under 12 over 12 sizing. They are all the same size bat “ arm and paddle ” the only difference is the grip size( length). Dicks carry ’s only size 6 and size 7. We got a 7. I would recommend it. But it is a little over priced for what it is.

I use this with my 8U team, and it really helps them keep their hands inside of the ball, preventing those big rusty- gate swings that young hitters can be so prone to. This product is best when used with a tennis ball rather than an actual baseball.
