I bought Strider bikes when my twin children were 2.( I originally got them a bike with training wheels to share because it is impossible for me to help 2 little kids on their bikes at the same time so someone would n't fall off the bike). I didn ’ t realise how big of an upgrade they would be from my current shoes The firm yet responsive cushioned sole on the shoe feels like you ’ re gliding along and my recent issues with shin splints have been significantly reduced due to this cushioning. The swooped performance sole took a little bit to get used to, but once my balance was adjusted the run feels smooth and natural, no issues with hard ground stomping during runs now!
