They take care of their customers. I contacted them about my issue in the morning, sent in pics of my issue and a new paddle was in my hands 2 days later! Because it is a performance paddle, it comes with a 1 year warranty. I read the review and saw the pics of a guy who broke his handle….. just contact Onix. They will replace it within a year. I found it all with the Evoke Premier paddle. I purchased the 'heavy' model, which gives my shots that extra pop I want. The surface is nicely textured, and delivers all the spin I can muster. If I could find any room for improvement in the Evoke Premier, it would be the material used for the handle, which can get quite slippery under humid conditions. Some overwrap took care of that. Although this frame has been around for awhile, I highly recommend it.

My wife and I love this paddle. It has so much better qualities versus our other one. It ’s lighter, it has a larger surface area, it ’s longer, it has a better grip, and it provides a much more solid strike and control of the ball with minimal effort. Kind of like moving from an inexpensive Hyundai to a well equipped Lexus. Both will get you to your place but one will feel and drive so much better than the other. Now the question of how much usage will I get with the new paddle as my wife has claimed it as hers.

I finally got to play with this paddle after it arrived two weeks ago. This thing is awesome. Very light weight yet sturdy when you hit the ball. This has a sweet spot all over and I have yet to find a dead spot. All the other players took turns use the paddle. They were all amazed what a difference this makes versus a beginner paddle.
