[ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. If momma is happy than I am too so I would give these a 20 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone that is doing any activity on your feet whether it ’s working on hard concrete floors like her or if you ’ re a runner, jogger, walker.

[ Straight out of the box, the Nike Structure 26 has that wow factor. While its fun bright color is aesthetically pleasing and exciting to wear, it also helps during low light visibility conditions due to its Hyper Pink color and reflective areas on its sides. I am currently wearing it for daily activities, walks, hikes with my family and occasional runs. The underfoot has just the right amount of sink- in softness and rebounds smoothly. It is plush, stable, supportive, offers cushioning and is particularly comfortable. For this reason, I used it on recovery days as the breaking- in phase. The tongue and color have lots of padding which I am not used to but I consider them a plus. The mesh fabric is breathable and of very high quality. The fit is just right, true to size, snug enough to feel supportive and is becoming more comfortable with every use. I found the Nike Structure 26 to be more comfortable and natural than other running shoes that I own. Unfortunately, the outsole rubber in the Structure 26 is already showing some wear although it has good traction. The tongue could be a bit slimmer, but I 'm being nitpicky here. All in all, I love it and I got many compliments about its aesthetics. It 's true to size, comfortable and has extra support and stability.

These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. I like the previous Rise 2, and this one is better in terms of comfort and shock absorption. The previous version was a bit firm but had a good energy return. Because of this active lifestyle I need a shoe that is comfortable and supportive. The comfort this shoe provides gives me just that. The Ariel GTS 26 feel like you are walking/bouncing on air. The Ariel GTS 26 minimize the impact of my foot when hitting the floor, which for me has helped my feet and knees. I have noticed the difference at the end of the day because my feet don ’ t hurt or feel sore. I do think the shoe itself runs a little small in terms of the length so I would probably size up a half size if I ran outside in them. I wear these shoes everyday for about 80% of the day and can ’ t imagine wearing any other shoe. They are not only comfortable but also stylish. The gray color is a great shade that pairs well with the pink. They are easy to take on and off and the traction on them are great specifically when walking down hill. The toe box on the front of the shoe helps your foot stay in place without letting your foot slide forward while also giving you a good grip to the floor when walking and running on uneven ground. Overall I would give the Ariel GTS 26 a 10 out of 10 because they have improved my everyday needs.

[ I ’ ve worn the Ariel GTS 26 shoes for about a week now, and they felt comfortable from the moment I put them on. I took my dogs for a long walk and kept waiting for that usual “ new shoe ” feeling, but it never happened. No blisters or tightness. They felt broken in from the start. As a runner, the nitrogen- infused cushioning feels soft enough to make pavement miles easier, but not so soft that I feel unsteady. The fit has been really easy. There ’s enough room in the toe box, but the shoe still feels secure and doesn ’ t slip around. Even after a couple of three mile runs, my legs felt good, which isn ’ t always the case. I ’ ve worn the shoes on sidewalks and through wet grass and feel like they have really good traction. Also, the heel pull tab is one of those little things I didn ’ t think much about at first, but I ’ ve ended up using it a lot, especially when I ’ m rushing out the door. What ’s been nice is that they don ’ t just feel good, they actually look good too. A couple of my friends have already commented on how cute they are. I ’ ve worn them with workout clothes, jeans, and leggings, and they literally go with everything. I like that I can go for my runs in the morning and just keep them on the rest of the day. I ’ m already planning to bring them on an upcoming vacation to a theme park because I know I ’ ll be walking all day, and these shoes are going to be perfect for that. I love the color combination of oyster mushroom, alloy, and pink, or as I would like to call it, cream, grey, and pink. The GTS 26 is great for running, walking, or just running everyday errands. The enhanced DNA cushioning is absolutely remarkable. It feels like you 're gliding on supportive clouds with every stride. It has the perfect balance of softness and protection for my feet. The GuideRails support technology is a game- changer for my joints. During my long runs, other shoes would make my feet hurt, and my knees and lower back would throb and ache. This tech gently guides my foot through its natural motion, reducing excess movement that causes strain. My body was n't screaming in pain after running in these shoes. The RoadTack rubber outsole really grips the pavement. I went on a run and it started to rain lightly. The traction is amazing, and I felt secure with every stride. Now I do n't have to worry about slipping and falling. The engineered mesh helps your feet breathe. Some shoes make my feet sweat, but my feet felt comfortable and had a snug fit that never felt restrictive or made my feet sweat. The broad base and 10mm drop really helped to reduce pressure on my heel and calf, especially when I wore the shoes all day at work and later on when I went on my run or walk. I sometimes have issues with my feet and legs cramping after a run, but I did n't experience any cramps after wearing these shoes. I 'm looking forward to buying this shoe in other colors. Brooks has definitely created a supportive shoe that performs way better than some of the other shoes I wear.

These are the best Paradigms yet. I have no back pain wearing these shoes and they feel amazing! Like previous Paradigms you will need to size up a 1/2 size. The most comfortable walking and standing on your feet all day show I have ever owned in my life and I am in my 50 's. People complain of heel slippage. I have very narrow heels and it does slip a little bit but you just tighten the upper shoe strings and it fixes the issue.

I was wearing another brand of shoe that was `` cushy '' but did not keep my foot from turning inward when I walked. I 've been wearing Adrenaline shoes for years, because I thought that was the maximum support I could get in a Brooks shoe. I have very flat feet, and also tend to over- pronate as I walk. Make no mistake, the Adrenaline is great, but for me personally, the Ariel is even better. I could feel the difference in the wider base, extra support, and increased stability as soon as I put the Ariel on. these really do help me feel more stable as I stand, walk, and run, while still offering a great combination of secure fit that does n't pinch. I do notice that these are just a little heavier than the Adrenaline, but that 's okay. That tiny bit of heaviness is a small price to pay for the increased stability and support. If you love Adrenaline shoes but need that bit of extra support,( especially if you have flat feet and/or over- pronate), I very highly recommend these!

First of all I don ’ t understand why there is a recommendation for one size up for wide feet since I have wide feet and this fit perfectly maybe for those with extreme wide feet it ’s recommended to go half size up. Second this shoes are extremely comfortable and good looking as well. The upper mesh is breathable and water resistant as far as I heart but I am not going to that that:) all in all I don ’ t see any negative in this shoe. Let ’s run them for maybe 2 years and see if my option changes. This shoes ain ’ t cheap so they better hold up for few years at least.

I have been wearing Altras for years, usually the Escalantes or Torins. These Escalantes are great. I love zero drop shoes( and wish Altra would stop making low- drop ones!!!) with wide toe boxes. This model fits true to size( purchase your normal size for Altras.) TBD on how well these will wear- some models tend to wear out faster than others.

These feel like my old school hoka 's before they started making their shoes too narrow. I am now 100% an Altra fan. I have no foot, ankle, and leg fatigue and they are super cushioning. Love the color, the fit, the light weight, the cushioning, everything. My not so positive comment of this review is for Dick ’s online. The soles of the Rykas I received were dirty and the right shoe toe was creased, obvious signs of wear. It would have been nice if that information was made known online before purchase and the price discounted giving the customer a choice. I returned them to my local Dick ’s pointing out the usage as my reason for returning. The clerk was polite but could only me a$ 20 coupon after spending$ 100. Ryka shoes are my new favorites. My first Ryka purchase was a pair of Echo Knit Slip- on Sneakers and they fit like they were made specifically for my feet. Same thing with these LX Walking Sneakers. They hug the feet with no rubbing in any unwanted spots. They are lightweight, very cushioned and have excellent arch support. I have a long narrow foot and have a difficult time finding walking/running shoes that are narrow enough for my feet but Ryka, medium width are narrower than other brands I 've tried. I 'd recommend you order the wide width if you typically wear medium width in other brands. I 'd also recommend sizing up ½ size if these will be used for walking/running. I mistakenly ordered the same size as the Echo Knit Slip- ons I had- 8. 5 medium- but for running I should have ordered a half size larger. It 's too late to return them because I 've already worn them outside for a run, but they are great for just wearing around. I guess I 'll need to order a 3rd pair of my new favorite shoes!!
