This rack is great. Easy to install and remove. Lightweight. Fits any non carbon fiber bike, either front or back. Can not be removed with standard tools( screwdriver or allen wrench), so difficult to steal. Good weight capacity.

I 've had this Pack and Pedal basket/rack system for quite sometime. Use is mostly when I want to take my dog( 14lbs) with me, which is often. I received my Thule Pack 'n Pedal Basket about a week ago. The instillation took a few minutes, but once finished the basket looked great and held tight to my rear bike rack. The basket wo n't last forever( it's wicker and not waterproof), but it works great for carrying my kids' jackets, a cell phone, and a water bottle. Plus it does look cute. I bought this handlebar basket to carry my bag and small groceries on rides. The quick- release mount makes it easy to install and remove, and it does fit most bike handlebars well. That said, the materials feel a bit cheap, and a few times it hasn ’ t stayed super secure — you might need to tighten it often or add a washer/zip tie to keep it from shifting. For the price, it works if you want basic storage, but I wouldn ’ t overload it or expect heavy- duty performance.

Overall, I 'm happy with this handlebar bike basket. It's pretty sturdy, although in have n't put anything super heavy in it yet. So far I 've mainly put in library books, water bottle, my handbag, and a small bag of groceries. But, have had no issues with any of that. I 'm only giving it 4 instead of 5 starts because it could have used better installation instructions. But, overall, a good value for the price.
