All the handles on this rack are solid and feel durable. one of my favorite new features is the adjustable front wheel tray which can be repositioned without the use of any tools. I also love that I do n't have to worry about straps or clamps scratching my bike frame. All straps and clamps are designed to not leave marks whether it's the position of the clamps or the rubber to protect the straps. So far, loving this new bike rack.

[ Showed up in plastic- free packaging which is a major win, and assembly took less than 15 minutes start to finish thanks to good instructions and the super helpful video on the product page. I have it installed on my 2023 Bronco and the rack stays super secure on all terrain. Have used it for MTB, road, and gravel bikes, both my small sizes and my friends larger ones, and adjusting for all of them has been super seamless. This bike rack is awesome and every part of it shows how high- quality it is. The instructions are very clear- my partner and I assembled it in less than half an hour. I put it on our 2000 Chevy Astro van and it fits and looks great. There are no quirks to this bike racks unlike others I have used. The rack accommodates both of our mountain bikes perfectly. It is sturdy and is perfect for roads that are not paved.

I needed a hitch rack to handle two ebikes and was having trouble finding one that securely held the bikes without damaging the fenders. The Vero was not even released yet when I saw reviews online and bought it as soon as it hit the stores. This rack is perfect for my needs and I use it at least 1- 2 times per week. It is very easy to load with the optional ramp and securely holds both bikes. It folds/unfolds easily with the handle latch. The riser on the hitch shaft creates sufficient clearance for my van and is easy to transfer from vehicle to vehicle. I was surprised to find that the transport wheels were a feature that I would use and they make moving it easy. This is my second Saris SuperClamp I have purchased. I gave my first one to my son and daughter- in- law so they could transport their two bikes. What I love the most about this one is the tilt so you can get into your trunk as well as the fact that when you tilt it back in you have more space in the garage. Also like the addition of the wheel straps on this. I am 5' 1 '' so it is important that it is light weight and easy enough to handle. I put it together with no problems.

[ This is my 2nd Superclamp. The first one was destroyed when someone rear ended me. The Superclamp absorbed the blow and saved my car! Two things I like most of that I can fold the rack up and still open the lift gate of my Grand Cherokee and it is easy for my wife to load and unload her bike. Great stable rack that is easy to use.

[ Instillation was simple and quick as is securing the bikes. I used an aftermarket hitch stabilizer for some extra stability. Bikes feel secure in the rack. I took a heavy pedal assist and fairly light hybrid from NYC to Maine and back without issue. The pedal assist has front and back fenders but it was not an issue when securing the bike. I used the built in locks for front tires and my own heavy chains an locks for the bikes when I could n't bring them in and had no issues. It was tricky to find a rack for a 1. 25inch hitch that could solidly secure a heavy pedal assist with front and back fenders and I 'm happy the Saris does this with ease.

That would make it easier to load the bikes. I think it is very secure when bikes are on it. Almost forgot the second thing I dislike about it, is the Locking pin. It is n't a pin, its a screw bolt. You have to buy the malone locking pin if you want to lock the Locking pin. I have a 2023 Traverse and the Locking pin has to be just screwes in just perfect for me to get the lock part on, because if its screwed in to much I ca n't because it is to close to my electrical plug.

Awesome bike rack. When installing make sure that the two locks are on the top left and bottom right. Also, its critical that you tighten the screws as tight as they will go or the treys will be loose. If you follow instructions you will be very content.

We bought this rack two weeks ago and it arrived quickly with no issues less than a week later! We have already taken it on many mountain bike rides and are extremely happy with the purchase. It is very sturdy and easy to get the rack tight on the bikes which has been a bit challenging with other racks we have owned. We also have a boat, so taking this rack on and off easily was a concern for us. It is without a doubt the best rack we have found for that as well. It is worth the extra money to invest in this rack if you are an avid rider!

This rack is perfect. I could n't be happier. I also own a Vertex rack which is great for my bike but not for my wife's step through frame which is a pain to strap up. This solves that issue perfectly as it's held by the tires and not the top tube on the frame. It also eliminates the bikes banging together while traveling. One other thing I noticed is that I can see out of my rear view camera when backing up again as it's not blocked by the upright of the Vertex rack I had. I love that it does n't touch or scratch the frame when I bring my bike back dirty and probably the simplest installation I 've ever seen. My wife can toss her bike on quickly and easily. Nice touch with the integrated locks as well. Solid while driving and folds up nicely when not in use. Well done guys.
