The boots are great! Handled spring time in Colorado so raining, ice, sleet and then snow all in one day. I mucked horse stalls and had very warm feet while doing that chore. I was outside for 2 hours and my feet and calves didn ’ t get cold. I was able to walk uphill on ice and not slip. They are comfortable and require little “ break in ”. Great purchase.

Bought these since I moved from AK over to the east coast. Wanted something lighter and a bit more breathable than the womens legacy boots. I wore these everywhere. Gardening, hiking, walking the dog 3+miles a day, to work, doing errands, slipping them on in the early morning to pick up dog poop. These were easy to slip on and off. My feet stayed dry. In the dead of summer, they can get a bit hot. My regular running shoes are even hot! but overall my feet did not overheat. The shoes had great traction. It's been about a year and they are still great. I may have worn down the soles from so much use. My only con is: the foot cushions might stick to your bare feet if you do n't wear socks.

I almost exclusively wear 8 ”- 10 ” work boots; it drives my wife nuts. I own many different brands and try to keep with US made products. This USA Georgia Boot Logger is built like a dang tank, but rides or feels like a Cadillac once broken in. The comfort core footbed is different for sure, but it is very comfortable. Because they ’ re multiple layers of leather, break in does take some time, but it ’s not terrible. I do own 3 pairs of this boot and rotate them out. Boot is very stable and have great traction and grip. I do wear other brands too, but this boot seems to be one of my go to, for sure. Georgia Boot knocked it out of the park with this one. I was thinking about getting XtraTuf boots for a long time but never had any reason to until I started needing a waterproof boot that wasn ’ t a full tall winter boot. I ’ m glad I got them. They aren ’ t breathable( as I expected) due to the waterproofing of the boot, but the fact that they are short boots helps them breathe a little more than a tall boot. They are very comfortable and I have even wore them for short hikes because I decided not to change my shoes. They have quickly became my everyday winter shoe/boot. I love the purple color, it is so fun, but when mud splashed on them it stays visible until you wash it off. The one time I did scrub them off they did clean up relatively nicely, but if you want an easier maintenance boot, I would get a darker color.

I ’ m on my second pair. They last about 14 months for me. But I truly don ’ t mind because these are by far the most comfortable deck boot/shoe whatever you wan na call it that I ’ ve worn. I compare the soul of the boot to one of the “ helm pads ” that are nice and squishy and comfy to save your feet back and knees on those nasty days running in a 27 ’ cc. With these no matter where you stand you have a helm pad under your feet. I ’ ve had many pairs of the original 6 ” xtratufs over the years and one pair of all black leathers 6 ” boots for work and the sports are still by far my favorite. If I ever hear they are going to discontinue this line, I will hoard as many pairs as I can lol. If xtratuf reads this review please make a 6 ” sport in all black( black top/black soul) so I can wear it on the boat at work!

I have been wearing this make Georgia boot since I was a little, I am 22 now, I work in the labor industry as a welder. This is the best most comfortable and very hardy boot. They are high quality leather, although they are comfortable out of the box, they do get more and more comfortable as you wear them. I am on my feet all day everyday so I put some Dr. Scholl ’s insoles in them to make them that much better.( I also have flat feet) One pair last me about 3- 4 years. And that is wearing them literally almost 365 days a year. As a welder I tend to not like laces and these boots are perfect for a welder except if you are needed steel toe. Overall, I owe Georgia boot this review and I am very happy to leave a great review. I ’ ve put these boots through hell, and they withstand anything you throw at them. They have been on my feet for 16+ years! Do yourself a favor and try them out!

I mainly bought this boot because it can be resoled and the reviews on Georgia boot were very positive. This is the first time I have bought Georgia boot. I have usually bought Ariat, Wolverine, Red Wings and Tony Lama. I am tired of buying good boots only to find out they are trash after the soles are worn off or the glue separating. These boots( Georgia Giant Wellingtons) can be resoled by a cobbler and should last a lifetime with proper care. After throwing away two pair of RedWing Boots because the soles are separating because they are glued and can not be resoled, I am now a Georgia Boot customer.

These are very comfortable boots.. They fit and feel like sneakers but have great ankle support. I do busway work for power plants, which requires a lot of climbing and crawling and these boots have held up very well over the past three jobs( total of almost six 70- ish hour work weeks) so far with no signs of degradation. They are lightly insulated for the waterproofing, so I think they could get a little warm for the hot and humid months.

Well, I ’ m sold. I ’ ve been a farm and ranch boot guy for the last 12 years. I bought these on a whim with plans to return them if I didn ’ t like them. Needless to say now that I wish I didn ’ t burn the box of the farm and ranch or I ’ d be returning those for a second pair of these. They ’ re that good. I ’ ll go so far as to buy several more pair to put up in the closet on the off chance Georgia gets a wild hair and changes these. Not only are these the best boot I ’ ve ever had on my foot, I ’ d go so far as to say they ’ re nearly as comfortable as any shoe I ’ ve ever had on my foot. Great boot, no break- in necessary. Just put them on and wore them all day. I 'm a hard fit but not these. Well constructed, great quality for the price point. Super strong material. I 'll buy them again if they ever were out, gon na be awhile though.

I bought these boots over a year ago. So far they have been pretty good. I work as a full time diesel technician and occasionally have to do landscaping and construction work and these boots have held up pretty well to everything I do. The oil, diesel, break cleaner, etc have not hurt the leather nor the stitches at all. I will say I am disappointed in the insoles, being that they only lasted me about 4 months. I have had to replace the insoles quite often but mainly because I do weigh about 255 lbs and have a very wide foot. Also the hook eyelet on my left boot broke after about 6 months as well. The water proof feature has been great even for being a lace up boot. I ’ ve been I some fairly deep water( nearly covering up the entire boot) and haven ’ t had any water go into these boots or the leather. All in all these boots have been a strong and sturdy boot for what I need them for. I ’ d recommend them highly since I haven ’ t had much issues with them besides the two mentioned and have found them super comfortable

I have been looking for a Non- Slip Work Shoe/Boot for 15 years and I think I hit the Jackpot!!! I have been a Georgia Boot Customer since I was in high school and could afford to splurge on my own boots so I am a huge fan. I am a chef and had not thought about Georgia Boots for the kitchen and that is a mistake I am so happy I am fixing. Non- Slip is great but the comfort is hands down the best I have found after 15 years of trying a different company every 6 months I wo n't leave Georgia Boots from now on. This is my shoe. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

here's how much i love these boots. for the last 2 decades they have been on a constant rotation: oldest to still- in- the- box. as the oldest worn- out pair rotate out into the garbage( after years), the next pair moves to oldest slot for really dirty work, and i open the box for the newest pair for general wear. as soon as that box is opened, i order the next box. so, i always have a ratty pair, a semi ratty pair, a new pair, and a boxed pair. they are everyday wear, work& non- work, on& off the motorcycle. highly recommend, obviously.

These are very comfortable, dry and warm. I have had these boots since 2001 and they are still holding up. I worked commercial construction and these have held up to walking and climbing up and down all day. Will wash them down and then apply mink oil paste to the leather. These hold up alot better than boots costing twice as much.

Big fan of these boots. Love the color and the fit. They are a little heavier than the sport version but I liked how these fit more snug around the ankles so my heels don ’ t slide as much. I ’ m a new mom with a winter baby in the PNW and these slip on and off so easily. They removed a barrier in order to get me outside. Also helpful when walking the dog in the rain.

I ’ ve been wearing the Georgia Wedge over 15yrs now and prolly has become my one and only boot/shoe i wear with everything. Lol, went from Nike ’ s/Vans/Chucks to only Georgia wedge. I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I ’ ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “ water proof ” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. That ’s jumping on shovels, kicking stuff, underwater, asphalt and so forth… as well as the Natural gas field and seems to hold up better without constant water lol i ’ ve bought up to 6 pairs in a yr bcuz all the OT I was working, but i say all this to say i never had more compliments then this boot and i ’ ve worn every brand, the quality of leather is the best and i can walk in them all day.
