I bought the Brush Panda to fish in heavy cover and also in open water. This bait works very well for both. The hook is very strong for the heavy cover but is still thin enough to provide great hooksets in open water. The bait keeper is phenomenal which is very important working this bait through heavy cover. I used to carry multiple swim jigs for different applications. The Brush Panda allows me to use one swim jig for all applications.
