On a less serious note, seems fitting for this brand to be used at a camp. [ I have been going back and forth with this carabiner. I do like it lot and it does address the issue of cross loading quite well. The DMM Ceros Quicklock Carabiner is my favorite for tubes and this has become my favorite for assisted device. I use it with the Mad Rock Lifeguard and of course they match up perfect. The only issue I have had is the belay loop side could be a smidgin larger.( really not a big deal- but why I gave 4 stars on ease of use) But on the positive the `` red '' gate operates both gates. Push the `` red '' gate and both open. The blue gate is independent if opened independently.

[ These weight just 22g thats crazy light. I replaced the carabiner on all my cams and alpine draws! They are only 3 `` most are 4 '' so it takes a little getting use to but opens almost as big as standard carabiner. But 2 or 3 times lighter. I also love the thin nose. At a hanging belay you can easily fit 3 to 4 per an anchor. Making attaching gear very easy. They are just barely 1 or 2 on below most in the ratings and have plenty of safety factor for everyday use.

[ These are hands down the best wiregate carabiner. They are only 29 grams, the bent wire makes clipping easy, and the wire mechanics are unmatchable. The edge is so narrow you could easily fit 4 or 5 of these on a single hanger. I will be buying these much more to update all of my carabiners on my rack!

[ I own two CAMP Photon rack packs, and so far have had zero issues. Overall finish on them is high quality, and the anodizing matches well with Wild Country Friends. The wire gate snaps shut and has decent spring tension, without being so stiff as to make clipping in difficult. I 'll only be using these to clip into bolts because they are so small, building anchors or with my PAS. I Loke that it is easy to use with gloves on due to there size. The solid gate wake it easy to take from the gear loop and the wire gate save on weight. I like them for ice climbing. In summer I use lighter draws with small carabiners. I would like to see those draws with a 15- 18cm dogbone. Short draws are nice for some sport route, but then I personnaly use ligther draws.
