I love these carabiners simply for the fact that they are n't over the top expensive, and its easy to carry a bunch of them without getting weighted down. The bluff I usually climb at is about a mile hike up a very steep slope, and often times I 'm camping out there too, so having light weight gear is always a bonus. The only draw back is that the size does make them a little more difficult to maneuver through/around a lot of other gear( if your setting a top rope in a precarious position for example) but I 've also never had it present an actual problem.

The RockLock has to be the best twist lock around. I was looking for a larger twist lock pear shape carabiner with a large gate opening to use on my cowtails for caving and this hit the mark. This is the largest opening I can find in a twist lock. Twist lock is super easy to open with thicker/muddy gloves on. Easier to clean/decon and durable. Larger opening makes these super easy to use at anchors, quick to clip safety lines, or to clip the ledge above your anchor knot. I also use these for making a top rope anchor as remember to screw the gate down, I ’ m bad with that, and it doesn ’ t take two hands to manipulate like a trilock. I can not recommend these more.

They are only 3 `` most are 4 '' so it takes a little getting use to but opens almost as big as standard carabiner. But 2 or 3 times lighter. I also love the thin nose. At a hanging belay you can easily fit 3 to 4 per an anchor. Making attaching gear very easy. They are just barely 1 or 2 on below most in the ratings and have plenty of safety factor for everyday use.

[ I own two CAMP Photon rack packs, and so far have had zero issues. Overall finish on them is high quality, and the anodizing matches well with Wild Country Friends. The wire gate snaps shut and has decent spring tension, without being so stiff as to make clipping in difficult. [ The purpose of this biner is to avoid cross- loading while belaying. Pros:- Easy to install on belay loop.- Does n't require opening the gate to open the belay- loop lock( like the BD one does).- Has a thick spine and large locking barrel to prevent a gri- gri from sliding in either direction.- The locking barrel is damped, and so does n't move if rattled while not locked all the way.- The locking barrel has a lot of extra travel- even if it started to come open, it would have to twist many times before allowing the gate to open.- Belay- loop lock spring tension is nice and high.- Quite light for the functionality! Cons:- The belay- loop gate makes racking a gri- gri on your harness slightly more awkward.( The grigri ends up sitting at the large end, and the wire gate sits on your gear loop).- The wide spine( a feature noted above) reduces the versatility of the biner, since it does n't fit into small holes( bolts, etc) as easily. But that's alright, since it's meant just for belaying anyway.

I bought mine several years ago and like all good things, they must come to an end. I have nothing but great things to say, was well worth the buy. Only thing I 'd like is to be able to come on your site and just buy 2 replacement parts, the black cellphone strap piece that goes in the back of your phone and the rubber strap. I do n't need a new clamp as that has still withheld it's durability versus having to buy the whole kit again. Thank you again for a clever and thoughtful product.

I like the concept because I take a lot of photographs with my phone. It keeps the phone accessible. The only really small issue that I encountered was that the small square pad that sits inside the case under the phone, keeps the iPhone 14 Pro Max from going completely into the Apple Leather Case. It ’s definitely secure and won ’ t fall out of the case. It ’s not enough of an issue to stop me from buying additional lanyards for other family members.

I was n't sure about this at first I wore it around my neck hiking and was able to stick it in my belt so it did n't flop around. Now I find I can put it in my back pocket and use my belt loops on my pants to secure it and I found I can wrap it around my wrist. I love the little locking mechanism built in too, so I 'm pretty pleased actually and sound I can use it in many ways to secure my phone thanks for a great product

I have broken so many of my phones due to it dropping out of my pocket and falling off my lap when I stand. Great idea seems very durable so far however it is a thin pad that sits between the phone cases amd phone so it can make the phone cases fit a little off. I am very impressed with this magnetic release clip. The attachment ring on one end is very strong and about. 75 inches across to accommodate various attachment styles.
