Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

Okay I definitely struck gold when I chose these Nikes for my next run the way they hug your feet is simply perfect design they are so lightweight I have nothing on when wearing them. I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Oh, and they look cool. Final assessment- for a daily 5k- ❤️👍🏻💨

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I ’ m new to running distances more than 1- 2 miles so I was concerned about the cushion and how comfortable the shoe would feel but it ’s just not an issue. Great shoe even for bigger people.

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes. Size up half a size for wide footed monsters.

Purchased these off of a friend ’s recommendation and I couldn ’ t be happier so far! My last pair of running shoes desperately needed to be retired at almost 600miles, so running in these was a blessing to my feet. Very comfy, good grip, holds my foot well. Nike must have changed their shoe box because old Nike shoes used to be so uncomfortable.

As an OG runner I need more cushioning because my old shoes were giving me shin splints. On the first run with these my feet felt effortless and felt like you ’ re running on clouds. Very comfortable, it is my first pair of goretex and it's very cool to run in the rain or slush or snow and make sure your feet are not going to be wet. All the technology around this shoe is well thought, the mesh in the ankle to avoid dirt or snow get in, etc. Also it's a gorgeous look and combination of colors.

Ever see the character, Tigger, from the Winnie the Pooh stories? He literally bounces with every step! That ’s how you will feel with these shoes. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

These are very comfortable. It does feel like you are walking on air. There is n't any harsh shock to the foot when moving in these shoes. The toe box on the men's shoe is better fitting than the women's shoe. This is narrower and fits me much better. Nothing rubs at the arch. I recommend these. The waterproof Gore- Tex is great to keep one's socks and feet totally dry. The only thing I do n't like is the looks of the trim they put on the Pegasus 41 around the toe box. Yet, it does n't affect the shoe itself.
