I got these just as I realized the insoles in my hiking boots were wearing out, and couldn ’ t be happier. I thought I might need to trim them, but they fit perfectly right out of the box. The arch support was nearly spot- on for me, and while it took a few days to break them in, the comfort and heel support have been outstanding ever since. They ’ ve held up great on everything from groomed trails to dirt paths and even some tough bushwhacking hill climbs. Overall, an excellent upgrade for my boots.
