This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Probably the best yoga mat I ’ ve ever owned and I ’ ve had some of the higher end mats. The grip is fantastic and it ’s supportive without being too thick. I also think the price point is respectable for the quality you get.
