While my Sunset Chair also has a high position, the Cafe Chair position works better for me. The Sunset is a more comfortable leaned- back design for relaxing, but the Cafe Chair is a practical multi- purpose design for the campsite. Sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to clean, quick drying. [ I bought this chair to have a collapsible chair that is at normal table height. This chair meets that and may actually be slightly too small for people with shorter legs. Despite the additional height it is quite stable, although as with all Helinox- type collapsible chairs you will need a base to support it on soft ground. The back of the the chair is not height enough to rest your head back but the back provides adequate support in an upright posture. It is fairly comfortable and the vented back panel should prevent overheating but the sides of the seat are a bit narrow so if you are on the wider/heavier side you may find that it cups tightly. It is somewhat heavier than the smaller chairs and too heavy for backpacking but I keep it in the truck and it is sufficiently compact compared to other options. Overall, it ’s the best and only choice for this style of chair at a full table height.

[ This is the most comfortable camp chair I ’ ve ever sat in! The seat and back are nicely padded for optimal comfort. The arm rests are adjustable with a cord in the back and the cup holder even have little holes in the bottom so if you spill a drink in them you don ’ t have to worry about it standing and growing mold. The back has 3 levels of recline which are easily adjusted by pulling out the pin and sliding the bar upwards. Another great bonus is that there is a storage pouch on the back of the chair which is removable by unzipping it from the chair if you need to take your belongings with you when if you decide to explore. I can not wait for my next camping trip but I foresee having to fight off the rest of my family for who gets to sit in this chair! I can ’ t stress enough how incredibly comfortable it is!

I can rest my neck on the back. My boyfriend is 6 ’ tall and 180. He can ’ t rest his neck but is still very comfortable in the high back chair zero. The chair easily holds our weight and does n't feel like it will collapse or rip. I love that the arm rests are high as well as the back. It makes for a luxurious and comfortable seat. [ I have an original Mayfly chair purchased over 5 years ago. I 'm still using it without any problems. The Grand Trunk version of the Mayfly appears to have a more robust frame. The fabric feels about the same thickness. The comfort of sitting is as good as that of Alite.
